Clean rooms and the wrap around porch was great to sit out on everyday. Pool was a great touch and all the equipment you need to be able to spend time on the water. Hosts are right above you for anything.

We were a group of 7 and were very comfortable in this space. The lanai was a great part of our day. In addition to the pool usage after a beach day! Kīhei itself is a super convenient location. But this location was even better, being very central to town. We utilized Halama park for morning walking, to afternoon boogie boarding. You can skate on the skate park, play soccer on well kept fields, and utilize the homes’ bikes for cruising around town. We would come back for sure!

The host was great. He was responsive with any questions. The location was great. You are in walking distance to the beach, stores, food, and coffee shops. There are several stores near by to grab food or water for the place. The host has a lot of beach gear to use on the beach or at the pool. We felt safe, there is a gate to the property. We would book here again. To host 6 people last minute, this was a great find.

Mark was very attentive to all our needs and corresponded immediately to our every needs. The location is unbelievable near beach, park and shops in short walking distance. The facilities were ideal for us.

We had a wonderful family vacation - the location was ideal and the addition of bikes, kayaks and paddleboards made for a wonderful stay.

Great location in Kihei, with enough room for all nine of us. A rare find. Outdoor living areas were great, and modest efficiency kitchen was fine for preparing breakfasts.

Perfect location - great property!

This was a perfect fit for us. We loved the pool and the ability to walk 5 minutes to get to multiple restaurants and even the library.

Excellent Family Experience on Halama Street

This property is exceptionally well located and maintained, with a wonderful array of table games and beach equipment. The hosts are gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic location. Wonderful pool. Lots of gear to use. It met our expectations. Comfortable space for all 9 of us. Very close to the ocean. We would stay there again.

Mid January visit

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Kihei Maui Beach house. Great communication with Mark, perfect location to stores, South Maui Food trucks, sunset viewing park and turtles, and near a long beach walk. We enjoyed our time on the lanai and the coastal breeze throughout the lovely setting. Highly recommend staying here with your group.

Maui vacation near the beach

We had an incredible time at this property, it is right next to the beach and a beautiful park. Had eight adults and four children, used the bikes, the boards, the snorkel gear. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Amazing views from the wraparound deck. Such a convenient location to restaurants and shopping as well.

Great location

Great location, close to everything. Perfect home for families with children, lots of things to do, ping pong, pool table, etc. bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear. watch sunset everynight and enjoy a constant breeze. Walk to beach, stores and restaurants. Only con is the kitchen size, but we made it work as everything is available. Great hosts.

Amazing family vacation

Ideal location, beautiful house with anything you need! Our family of 7 had a wonderful time. The pool is amazing after day of outing. The hosts are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful location and amenities

Mark’s property was perfect for our large family group. The location was close to everything we wanted to do in Kihei, including beaches, restaurants, snorkeling, and surfing. Our group really enjoyed all the gear that comes with the house - standup paddle boards, game tables, bikes and more! Would recommend this place highly for a super laid back Maui experience. Mark was very helpful and responsive to questions.

Perfect for families!

We loved our time at Mark’s property. The location is right in the middle of Kihei, which is exactly what we were looking for. The home was spacious and included everything you could need. It was awesome to have such amazing patio space, as well as access to fun games and activities, and a pool on the property. We’ll definitely stay again if we return to Kihei!

Great place for large group

In Maui for niece’s wedding, we had lots of family members that wanted to stay together, and this property was wonderful. The listing describes it perfectly. The location is great—close to beaches, parks, restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool, the game tables, and all the beach equipment. Mark was very informative and responsive, and provided nice gift baskets on our arrival. Highly recommend.

Location is incredible!

Fun in the sun with our family! Lots of add on’s were enjoyed at the beaches! Bikes were rode, kayaks were paddles, snorkeling was done and wagon and stroller used a lot! Thanks hosts!

Excellent Location and Beautiful Views!

The property is very nicely kept. We had teens who needed to be entertained and the pool was excellent for that. The kids took out the kayaks and the snorkel gear came in handy. We really liked how close the house was to the beach, restaurants and park. It felt very safe and pleasant. The rooms were clean and the balcony was a great spot for watching the sunrises.

Great house, location, and host

Beautiful house with so many extras- kayaks, sup’s, bikes, and beach equipment. Host responded quickly to all communications. Partial ocean view and easy walk to public beach. Be aware that although the listing says it accommodates up to 14 guests, our group consisted of 8 adults, and we found it tight. Dining and living areas are out on the lanai, as stated in the listing

Just Perfect

Mark's home was just perfect for our family vacation. Our party of 7 adults were very comfortable in this space; we did add the 4th bedroom. The kitchen space was extremely convenient. You cannot beat the location or the views. And we saved so much money using the SUPs, kayaks, and other beach gear instead of having to rent them separately. I cannot recommend this stay enough. I already miss it!

Setup for outdoor living space. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked well. Nice welcome baskets. Secure property close to beach, park and shopping. Mark was prompt with all communication.

My stay

Location was lovely and accessible to a great park, local public beaches, etc. the property came with loads of things to do and a nice private pool. Owners were very accommodating and not overbearing. If you are looking for a completely private experience then know that as in the description the owners of the property live in the unit above the rented unit. Overall a very good experience for the price point offered.
