Spaziosa e arredata con gusto 2 CUCINE COMPLETE, 4 camere da letto, 5 letti, 2 divani letto matrimoniali, 4 bagni, 2 camere familiari, 2 sale da pranzo, 5 televisori.

Grande casa a pochi passi dalla sabbia e da tutto ciò che la Costa Centrale ha da offrire.

La casa può ospitare comodamente 14 persone più un divano letto doppio e ha tutti i comfort necessari per godervi il vostro soggiorno. Tanto divertimento in famiglia ti aspetta!

L'intero ingresso, la camera da letto, il bagno principale e tutte le aree cucina e soggiorno sono accessibili ai disabili! Non ci sono gradini o scale per entrare!

Surf, pesca, mountain bike, escursionismo, beach combing e noleggio ATV per citarne alcuni. Anche a breve distanza in auto o bella spiaggia a piedi dalla spiaggia di Pismo. Ristoranti, negozi e molte attrazioni locali attendono. Dopo una giornata di divertimento, rilassati!

Beautiful home and perfect location

Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything (Pismo pier, restaurants) and just a short walk to the beach. My family and I really enjoyed staying here.

Our women’s group stayed here while in town for a conference. We had the best time and each of us loved the house. Great location to the beach. House was spacious, we were at max capacity and didn’t feel like we were bumping into each other. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed (minus food of course). Host was phenomenal to work with. Very responsive and helpful. I’m sure we will book again in the future.

Check in was good. We liked the door combination access. The kitchen was well stocked. Would be good to have better quality spatulas and utensils as well as plastic wrap, foul and oven mitts.

Beautiful accommodations

The place is very nice and is abundant with extras, coffee, snacks spices, etc. It really is a lovely place to stay Please be aware that it does get very windy .

Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to all be together and if anyone needed to get away there was also plenty of places to find some quiet time. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great place for a beach vacation

If you are looking for a place to get away and you have a large family or are planning a getaway with extended family this house is a great choice. The beach is just steps away for daytime fun in the water and night time marshmellow roasting with a bon fire.

Perfect family vacation

This place was perfect for multiple families, with plenty of sleeping accommodations with comfortable beds! The 2 kitchens are very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. They are very helpful, and responsive if you have questions. It was an amazing family getaway for my family and would definitely recommend!

Nice house for larger groups

It wasn’t easy finding a vacational rental for four couples, but “Sand in your pants” proved to be a very memorable experience. The house was clean, bedding was very comfortable and management was timely and always very helpful.

Birthday Fun!

This was such a great location for our family it was just a 5 min walk to the beach. Very clean and spacious plenty of room to spread out loved that it had 2 kitchens. It was perfect for celebrating my birthday.

Our family of adult children and grandchildren enjoy everything the beach and nearby dunes have to offer. We walk to the beach, take long walks into Pismo Beach and enjoy the water sports and dune ATV's! There is always something to do in this immediate area!

This home is very roomy and fits 15 guests comfortably, accommodates 2 complete families with 2 complete kitchens, fully stocked. Very comfortable furniture with all the perks at your fingertips! TV's in every bedroom on top of the main Living spaces TV's.
Beautiful portable fireplaces for those nippy days near the beach!
