House è perfetta per le vacanze con famiglia numerosa o 2 famiglie. Le sale Living, Family, Dining, Dining / Game offrono spazi separati per bambini e adulti, mentre 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni nella casa principale e 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni nell'ala offrono una privacy unica. Ampio patio con grill incorporato, camino e doccia esterna per intrattenere sereno / privato sotto le stelle mentre si sentono le onde che si infrangono sulla spiaggia a soli 2 minuti a piedi!

2 kayak e paddle board sono montati all'atterraggio dallo stagno barriera a pochi passi, diverse biciclette di varie dimensioni disponibili, canne da pesca, croquet, badminton, ferri di cavallo e vari altri giochi da giardino inclusi.

La casa è nuova per il mercato VRBO, è stata completamente aggiornata con tutte le nuove vernici, biancheria da letto, ecc. Nell'autunno 2019.

Beautiful home and amazing location, with a very short walk to the beach or drive to Trustom Pond Wildlife Refuge. We loved the layout of the house and yard with great spaces both indoors and outside to be together or to be off on your own. Chris is a terrific and responsive host!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Green Hill Beach! The location was excellent—close to the beach in a quiet, laid-back beach community, perfect for the relaxing vacation we were looking for. Our kids loved using the kayaks and bikes, and kayaking on Green Hill Pond was a highlight. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Chris, the owner, was fantastic—very responsive and helpful with great suggestions about the house and the area. We would love to return and highly recommend this property!

Family Getaway!

This was our first family vacation with our new generation of little ones, and it was the perfect spot to bring everyone together with plenty of space for all. We had a fantastic week filled with beach visits, ice cream, and lobster rolls, along with countless memories (and pictures) of the kids. We’ll definitely miss that beautiful front porch, as well as the spacious patio with its gorgeous fireplace. The outdoor shower was a big hit! Our host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was available for any questions, but we found endless information the green book. Be sure to read the green book!

Spacious house and gorgeous grounds!

The home was clean and spacious and had everything we needed including beach towels for a wonderful vacation. Walkable to a nice beach and close to Blue Shutters (our favorite) and Kingston beaches. Great restaurants nearby. Great kitchen and outdoor grill. Beautiful outdoor patio. Even games and toys!

Wonderful week at the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chris's house in Green Hill. He was an excellent host, very responsive, and helpful. The house is in a great location, plenty of room for 10 of us, confortable beds and lots of comfortable places to sit, relax, and play family games. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful house for a family beach vacation

Great house & location for exploring Rhode Island. The house was very comfortable for our family. Bedrooms were divided so the early risers did not disturb others. House was extremely well stocked- everything from beach related items ... to kitchen items ... to games & puzzles. We thoroughly enjoyed both the backyard & the beautiful front yard. Easy walk to the beach. Chris was delightful to deal with, checking up with us during the week to make sure everything was going well. Thank you, Chris, for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful House!

This is a wonderful house! It was pleasant and very comfortable for 8 adults. The layout is great, there is space for gathering and for quiet retreat. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and tableware. We cooked each night and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are all nice, and there are plenty of bathrooms. The yard is well kept and private. The outdoor fireplace and grill are wonderful. The ocean is nearby, and just a short drive to beautiful Charlestown Beach. Chris was an excellent host, always available, and very helpful. Hoping to return!

Glorious, Gratifying Green Hill

We thoroughly enjoyed our LD week long stay at Chris’s spacious, clean and conveniently located summer home. It had everything we could possibly need (loved the shared beach gear, outdoor shower & gorgeous front lawn/backyard paradise:) which allowed us to spend quality time, both relaxing and frolicking on RI’s beautiful beaches. Also able to golf, sail, bike, deliciously dine and shop nearby. From the moment we arrived, Chris checked in with us for our comfort and to provide his helpful experience as well as his recommendations. So grateful to be in Green Hill at a peaceful, perfect time! Lovely Green Hill Getaway

Chris is a wonderful host and this property is a very special vacation spot! The layout is perfect for a group with enough bedrooms in two separate wings of the house. And the house is equipped with anything you will need for your trip! We can’t wait for our next trip!

Another incredible week in Green Hill

This is the second year in a row we have rented and stayed for an August week in this property, and again it was amazing. I left a lengthy positive review last year, but want to do so again because we again had such a great trip! First, this house is HUGE. Six full, quiet, private bedrooms, four FULL bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower), TWO living/sitting/TV areas, an AMAZING large back patio with dining table for 8 and huge outdoor fireplace and seating, as well as a great front porch with seating and large, flat, well maintained front and back laws for lawn games and hanging out. PLENTY of room to spread out, relax, drink coffee, sleep in, get up early, have wine, eat meals alone, eat meals in big groups, play games, do puzzles, watch movies, etc. This house has everything for everyone. The house is clean, quiet (can hear the waves at night), safe, beautiful. Furniture is clean and very, very comfortable. Beds are great and all linens are provided. Kitchen is modern, well stocked, and great to cook full meals or quick bites in. Great, huge grill on back patio that we used almost every night. Full access to owners' bikes, lawn toys, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, paddleboard, and kayaks. This is VERY unusual and VERY generous. The house also has TWO vehicle beach passes at South Kingstown Town Beach which is one of the nicest in the area, but you can also walk to rocky Coast Guard point, nice Coast Guard beach, and beautiful Green Hill Beach. We also like to drive to the lakes at Ninigret State Park and Burlingame State Park, which are both very close and nice to swim and hang out. Trustom Pond Wildlife Refuge is literally across the street and a short bike ride or drive to the entrance where you can walk and hike on beautiful trails. Pond for kayaking and paddle boarding is a very close walk or bike ride away. Chris is a wonderful host - friendly, responsive, clear, great communicator. Chris is also very solicitous and responsive to guest feedback, and is constantly making upgrades in response to that feedback (hello new bluetooth speakers throughout the house this year!). The last 18+ months of the pandemic have reminded all of us how precious time is, especially time with family. If you want a place to gather with loved ones and have a wonderful time and build memories, this home is the place to do it. Thank you again Chris for your gracious hospitality. We are blessed that you open your home to us.

Great stay

Not much to add that has not already been said by previous guests—would love to return next year! Chris was an excellent and responsive host, the house is comfortable, well-stocked and beautiful, and the location is really special (gorgeous grounds/property on a pretty private setting next). Highlights for me are the location and outdoor spaces—equally great front porch for morning coffee and dreamy back patio for evening wind down and dinner. Chris was super helpful in advance of stay, answering questions about what to bring vs. leave at home. We also traveled with a semi-mobile 10 month old and this is a good house for a baby given layout and plenty of open and outdoor spaces. Rented a crib from a local company that did seamless drop off/pick up. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Green Hill - idyllic location + beautiful home

This is the perfect home for a multigenerational family or group vacation. The location is outstanding on a quiet street, walking distance to Green Hill Beach and kayaking in the salt pond. The front porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee overlooking the beautiful landscape, while the expansive backyard patio with an outdoor fireplace created the perfect golden hour/evening location for grilling dinner and making s'mores after a fun beach day. We were very grateful for the owners' incredible hospitality providing access to kayaks, bikes, wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, puzzles/books/board games - all of this made our family vacation so easy and fun. The layout of the house is very conducive for spending time together, while also having options to spread out with separate gathering areas. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this was our best home/host experience - perfect balance of everything being easy/host available if a question/need arises, however the entire home is setup for you to relax and have fun without needing anything else. Thank you for the very special time in Green Hill. We can't wait to return!

Great location, perfect house!

This was our first time at a RI beach house (as we typically went to NJ). Pleasantly surprised at rural location, quiet and friendly neighborhood and easy walk to beach. But the best was the house! Perfect for 12 family and friends to gather together in yard and patio and kitchen/dining area but still have plenty of room to spread out and have private space. Our mix of kids and teens had plenty of yard games with competitive cornhole games going on all week. There were bikes to ride around the friendly neighborhood, kayaks to use on the nearby pond and boogie boards for the ocean. Our favorite gathering spot was at the large patio outdoors with super large grill and outdoor fireplace. Lots of comfortable chairs and a large patio table with umbrella. Sound system was unbelievable! We had everything we needed in the kitchen; it was convenient to have the extra refrigerator too for drinks near the patio! Chris the host was very attentive and we were glad to have his in-person introduction to the property and surroundings. He checked in occasionally by text to make sure we had everything we needed or to answer any concerns or questions! The location is also close to drive to other great beaches, parks, wildlife refuge, Newport attractions and great restaurants. Guess we'll be back to further explore beautiful Rhode Island again and this house provides a perfect place!

Wonderful Spot for a Family Vacation!

We had an amazing time staying at Chris' property!! We had 11 adults and one infant, who all traveled from Indiana to join us in Rhode Island for a three-generation family reunion! We absolutely loved staying in South County, RI and the home was truly perfect for our family. We enjoyed the close proximity of the beach, exploring the salt pond, and conversing during all hours on the spacious back patio! The home is great for an infant and had ample space for our crew. It is bigger than it looks and we could not recommend Chris' home more! We hope you enjoy the sound of the waves, twinkling lights and relaxation of the fire as your recollect the memories from beach days, kayaking adventures and games on the front lawn! Wonderful stay

My family and I had an incredible stay at this home. From the well stocked kitchen, to the shed full of bikes and beach toys and the incredible patio for fires and listening to the waves, the home is perfect for a relaxing time at the beach. The owner was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything about the house and even recommended places to eat and things to do in the area. We are excited to make this home an annual vacation spot.

Beautiful house with fantastic owners

We have been renting in the Green Hill Beach area of South Kingstown for over twenty years and this is the nicest property in which we have stayed. This house has a perfect combination of indoor and outdoor space, a wonderful location, and fantastic amenities. The pictures are very accurate, and the combination of six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, outdoor shower and two separate living spaces allow for everyone to spread out comfortably. During our week long stay, we had two rainy days, which normally would be difficult, but the spaces inside the house to read, relax, watch movies, do puzzles, and cook were amazing. The wifi was strong and consistent throughout the house and yard even with several devices on it. The house was extremely clean, the provided linens (sheets/bath towels/beach towels) were wonderful, and all of the bedrooms quiet and with very comfortable beds. Due to COVID, we only had five people staying in the house for the week, but it could have easily accommodated many more. Both TVs are smart TVs with cable in addition to any streaming service you want to hook up, and both worked very well. During the week we cooked all of our dinners and ate them at the house, and the kitchen and outdoor grill were fully stocked and fantastic. Perhaps the nicest feature of this house is the beautiful, large outdoor patio with a large grill, outdoor fireplace, and wonderful furniture. We spent countless hours out there, and it was quiet, relaxing, spread out, and beautiful. The stars in the dark above the patio at night were incredible. Another wonderful feature of this house is all of the equipment provided for your use by the owners. While there we had access to five bikes, three kayaks, about 10 beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, lawn games, etc. You name it, it was there. There was also fishing equipment and nets in the shed we could have used. Most owners keep items like this locked up for their own use rather than use by their tenants, so it was particularly nice that Chris and his family allow their renters to access and use this equipment and amenities. Chris was a wonderful owner, and was extremely responsive to all of my questions both before and during our trip. Truly one of the best I have dealt with over the years. Finally, the location of this house could not be beat. It was a very short walk to 2-3 beautiful quiet beaches, and was so close you can hear the waves! Highly recommend!
