Il pittoresco appartamento è situato sulla croce tra Washington Ave e Dade Boulevard. È circondato dal nuovo centro congressi (attraversare la strada a destra), spiagge, hotel a cinque stelle, parchi, ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti di classe mondiale. Questo è uno studio luminoso e spazioso situato in un edificio Art Deco ristrutturato. L'interno dell'appartamento è stato ridisegnato e arredato nel 2019. Lo studio è perfetto per un massimo di 2 adulti e 1 bambino. Forniamo una culla e seggiolone per bambini.

3 minuti in auto / 10 minuti a piedi da Lincoln Road

Troverai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno a piedi, in bicicletta o con una breve corsa in taxi.

Possiamo fornire un pass per il parcheggio per 20 $ al giorno in base alla disponibilità. Il parcheggio vicino all'appartamento (zona 4) è gratuito nei giorni feriali dalle 9 alle 18. Dalle 18:00 alle 09:00 o nei fine settimana, è richiesto un pass per il parcheggio che può essere fornito a $ 20 al giorno. I had a great stay, location was perfect as I was attending a conference at the convention center. Owner communications were excellent. Perfect location to restaurants, coffee shops, gyms. I was never more than a mile away. Bike station right outside the unit was handy as well. Clean and had everything I needed.

Great location, great communication

Great property and great host. Located across the street from the Convention center. Short walk to Lincoln St. and cool beaches. There was an issue with the a/c at the property so the host immediately moved us to a different but similar unit in the same building. Very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot in Miami Beach!

Cute apartment! Great neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, the botanical gardens, Bass Museum, and lots more. We parked our car and spent the rest of our time here walking to wherever we needed to go. The host helped out with a parking pass, and was easy to reach when we had some difficulties with our door code.

Check in was easy after the codes were reprogrammed on the remotely controlled door lock. Host was responsive and fixed the issue. Loved that I did not need to carry any keys. Clean, cozy and secure place to stay. Definitely recommend.

The property manager was excellent and very responsive. Parking requires a $20/day permit that the property manager will secure for you. Overall, it’s a good space, especially if you plan to be out and about a lot. It isn’t equipped for cooking yourself and could use a better coffee setup, like having filters on hand. I would probably stay again. It’s a decent value.

Sheri is a wonderful host. The apartment was in a very convenient location to go to my friend's wedding on Miami Beach. Incredibly clean and easy to get in/out. Would absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay on Miami Beach, it is a 2nd floor, 1 bedroom apartment. Has everything you need.

Across the street to Miami Convention center, 3 blocks from beach. Very good location. Owner was very helpful with getting a parking permit for rental car. Would recommend staying here.

Simple, clean, convenient.

This was a perfectly located unit within easy walking distance to ocean drive. It was quiet and the host was very attentive/responsive. The only thing missing is a view but otherwise perfect and a lot more laid back then the hotels along ocean drive.

Great location

My friend and I didn't have a lot of time in Miami before boarding our cruise ship, so we wanted to be close to the port. This apartment was just a few blocks away from the ocean with a coffee shop along the way, so we enjoyed a relaxing morning walk to the beach before checking out. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a slight mix-up with the door code when we arrived, but we called Sheri, and she immediately fixed it. For those who have heavy luggage (we were going on a 7-day cruise), the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, so that is something to consider when booking. Otherwise, we were pleased during our short stay and would definitely book again.

Had a wonderful stay close to the beach

This place was fantastic for my girlfriend and I. It was away from the hustle and bustle while being just within a 10-minute walk of the beach and a few minutes longer to get to South Beach. I appreciate the location as well as Sheri's responsiveness. One night was really cold and she ubered a heater for us. The shower knob has a learning curve. The inner knob controls the temperature and the exterior controls the shower and tap.

Exactly as expected--great if you want to be walkable to alot of things but away from hustle/butstle

We fully enjoyed out stay! The place was great and so convenient. We actually asked for an early check in and the host was extremely accommodating. There was a slight issue with my door code at check in but i called and immediately got it fixed and was able to get in. There was a water/plumbing issue in another unit which led to the hallways smelling NOT GREAT, and our water was turned off briefly without notice, however thats completely out of the owners control. I would stay again.

Quiet little gem

My husband and I last minute needed to find a place to stay and luckily landed upon Sheri’s listing. I have always been hesitant to stay beach side due to noise, however, we lucked out with this gem of a studio. Exactly what it looks like in the listing the space was clean, comfortable and quiet. Located 5 min walk from Lincoln Road and all of the great beach activities. Would so love to stay here again. Seamless check in even at our very late arrival and Sheri was responsive to all messages and questions we had. Thank you, Sheri! We hope to stay again next time we come down.

Convenient location and seamless check in

Sheri was a great host! She was very responsive and accommodating. The studio was comfortable, conveniently located, and had most everything we needed. Our only complaint is that the housekeeping could have been more thorough. There were dirty knives in the knife block and the tub and shower curtain in the bathroom had some hair and shampoo from the prior occupant on the wall/curtain. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means, just a little off-putting. Overall, I recommend staying here.

10 day rental by a couple

very small studio okay for one person but barely enough for two. closet and kitchen full of things (like cleaning supplies, baby stroller …) further reducing useful space. danger of keyed lock malfunction may lead to guests getting locked out. neighborhood apparently safe yet somewhat sterile, short walk of 3-4 blocks to 22nd street beach access.

Beware! not as advertised

This was my 1st time using Vrbo and it is my last. This property is located in a building that looks condemned, has no elevator and the room is randomly located at the end of a long hallway that you only find in a Halloween movie. The room looks nice and cozy in the pictures and supported by the reviews, however, the actual room is creepy, old and has an unrecognizable smell. The posting speaks to its location and accessibility to the beach but It doesn't tell you that every window has a view of the air conditioning units and walls to the adjacent buildings. there is no other views. I am not picky but there was no way we could stay there, it was that bad and felt so unsafe. Instantly I reached out to the owner who agreed to give us a refund. with that agreement, I looked for a new place to stay. We allowed a couple of days for the refund to show. The owner issued a partial refund of 90 and stated Vrbo would be issuing the rest of the refund since it included the taxes and fees. A few days later we followed up with Verb who stated they would not be issuing any refund even though the owner approved a full refund. We explained the situation to no avail. We ended up paying for 2 rentals which, as you can imagine, was very expensive. I will end this review by urging people who leave reviews to be honest. I would have never rented this place had the reviews accurately depicted the location and room. We all vacation lets help each other find a nice place to stay :-)
