Darling home, perfect location, wonderful host!

Great place to stay for Baylor and Magnolia Adventures!

This house is so fantastic. Everything that you can possibly need is provided. The house is very well appointed - plenty of comfy beds for everyone and great places to hang out inside and outside the house. Close to downtown Waco shopping and dining and easy to get to Baylor for university functions. We would love to stay here again!

Graduation Weekend

This cutie was perfect for an extended family (14-81) visit to Waco. Very accessible (no stairs), great location- within walking distance to the coolest coffee bar and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to everything. Super easy and no stress.

Girls trip to Waco/Magnolia

Friends who had gathered on zoom during the pandemic came to meet (some for the first time) in person for a girls weekend. The little cottage was so lovely! The hosts were responsive. The place was less than 10 minutes by car from everything in Waco. We had a great time!

Great Homecoming weekend!

Perfect place for our family to stay while visiting our two Baylor students. Close to campus and downtown amongst the beautiful homes on Austin Avenue. Very easy for our students to come by and visit with lots of gathering space. Love how the closet off the foyer was converted to a “welcome center.” And the robes came in very handy after getting soaked to the bone in a game day downpour!

Bunco Girls Weekend

We had an amazing time in Waco!! Michelle was so kind! We were able to check in an hour early, which really worked with our Friday night plans. She very kindly had a bottle of wine & snacks waiting for us! The house was clean & fit the needs of 7 women on a Girls weekend away!

Nice location, great for large group.. ours was 6 ladies!

It was very nice, great location, big house, great size rooms all the amenities! Just wished bedrooms had TV also.. girls will be girls and we all wanted in the evening to watch our shows.. we did rock, scissors, paper… I lost every time😜. But it was a great place to stay..

Home was beautifully decorated and outdoor patios area a plus! The beds were not comfortable and too many twin beds. Extra washcloths should be provided, there was only one in the bathroom I used so we bought more to use while we were there.

Nice place close to everything

Such an amazing place!! Our hostess thought of everything… beautiful welcome note with a bottle of seasonal wine that was delicious, many coffee choices and creams in the fridge, also snacks, water, and soda’s. The house was decorated nicely with plenty of room to hang out… watch tv and play games. This was a mother and adult daughter trip. We all appreciated the hair dryer and extras like nail polish remover, cotton balls, q-tips, nice shampoo and conditioner, even bubble bath. We may not have used everything but it was great how well stocked it was… the toilet paper was even soft. The location was close to everything and we had a blast!! We would all highly recommend staying here!!

Wonderful Experience!

Planning a move to Waco and decided to bring the family to explore the area. Cottage is located in great spot on historic Austin Avenue. Just about everything is within 5 minutes. House was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space for all of us. Space to gather as a family and then space for our teens to hangout. Michelle the host was wonderful and very helpful with suggestions for things to do or places to eat. The added touches of drinks and snacks for guest is a wonderful touch and really appreciated. Was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this prproperty. Chris & Family

It was a dream of mine to do this and have been having so much fun getting the home ready and adding special touches for friends and families visiting Waco. We hope you have a great time in Waco. We were all born and raised in Waco and would love to help you with any information you may need to help make your visit perfect. We love our little town and Chip & Jo! Welcome to Waco.
