Elevators were so much better this year! Well stocked kitchen! Needs a new rug on porch! Balcony and view amazing! When I am facing the beach I love it- when I leave property, so much construction.

Excellent view
The photos listed were a bit misleading. The dryer and the ice machine did not work, all drains drained extremely slow,the room was not cleaned thoroughly (ex: the baseboards were not clean, the barstools were super dirty, the area rug in the living room hadn't been swept.). The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony views were beautiful! With a little TLC and fresh coat of paint this property would be top notch!

Panama vacation at tidewater
Overall we had a great experience. Room could use a few updates, slightly dated, and could have been a little cleaner when we got there. Hotel itself was nice and very convenient location which was nice. Loved the walk over from parking.
Elevator system is AWFUL!! Worst part of the week. We waited a LONG time every day especially in the morning when you want to go to the beach.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay in this unit! The location is great and next to everything. You could walk to pier park and many restaurants if you wanted to. It is very convenient. As for the room; it was a delight. The balcony is long and at the perfect height so you get an amazing view! The bed are some of the most comfortable beds I have ever seen in a rental. There was plenty of room for us 6 and everything we needed in the kitchen. The room was pretty clean itself. Just a tip - make sure you are there waiting at check in time because it gets crazy busy! The elevator is a little slow too but nothing you can’t accommodate. Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely come back. We had a lovely family vacation!

I called on Wednesday the maintenance people because the dryer in the unit was not working … left my name and phone number no one ever called me back . That was a disappointment since we didn’t pack much because we could wash our close … then I noticed midway through the week the fire alarm battery in the bedroom was removed other that that great location !

Great unit & view. No help from property managers Panhandle Getaways.
Pleasant, very nice unit with great view. Comfy furniture& quality linens. Love Tidewater & its amenities. But dealing with Panhandle Getaways is a bad joke. Called about broken ice maker & missing light bulbs; told us to buy ice. This was after calling with question on late arrival procedure. Representative just kept repeating that she worked at another property so she didn't know & had no supervisor to ask. Make you download their app so you can contact them & check out. No check out function on it. Will book thru someone else in the future.

Could have been better
We rented 612 but the owner decided to use it the same week as us so put us in a different room on the 9th floor without even notifying us. We paid months in advance. We chose 612 because it wasn't as high up. 909 had no pots to cook in and we notified the management co very early in the morning and didn't end up with pots until well after dinner. By then we had already ordered something. Also if you cant climb stairs this is not the place for you. The elevators take a very long time. We waited over 30 minutes on one when we had groceries and couldn't take the stairs. I will not stay here again.

Family weekend
Lots of forms to fill out online and some did not crossover to resort. The property is nice and quiet. Only complaint is the slowness of the elevators. I have stayed at other properties with just as many rooms without having to wait out in the heat for up to 25 minutes for an elevator.

Loved the condo itself. My only complaint is the elevator situation.
The owners are great, and condo was nice. The owners always got back with us promptly whenever I had questions. The only problem was how slow the elevators were.

Good stay but crowded
This is my third time staying in tidewater and this time was easily double as crowded as either other time. That isn’t a reflection on the unit but we did end up taking the stairs most of the time. The kitchen is outfitted with the bare basics but we ate out every night so it wasn’t a big deal.

The condo was just as described. Super comfortable beds. Great location on the 6th floor.

Overall nice property
Check in was less than ideal. The codes for the actual condo were not sent. Got the gate code but after a long day I was ready to get settled and although it wasn't too much more than a 30-40 minute delay, I could of done without it. That being said the condo itself was clean and very spacious for myself and daughter. The view was great! Unbeknownst to us there was a HUGE motorcycle rally going on so it was very noisy and traffic was awful, but that's on us for not checking.
The elevator situation was lacking for sure. 6-8 minutes waits only to get on and be shot back up to the 29th floor! But you had to get on when you could. I guess that's a risk anytime you choose a high rise. Overall a nice stay though because the condo was relaxing and homey!

Great stay!!
Had a couple hiccups to the room at arrival but things were fixed as timely as possible with great communication! Beds were super comfortable and the room had everything we needed with an excellent 6th floor view! Would totally stay here again!
