This unit is in a great location with easy access to the trolley system, amazing restaurants and it is safe to walk. The unit was spacious and well appointed. A few minor issues came up but the host company responded in a timely manner. NOLA is one of our favorite places and staying in the warehouse district puts everything at your fingertips. A

Fabulous again!

Second time using this company to rent with and it was fantastic again! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed! Our calls were answered quickly and efficiently. The customer service is truly top notch. Will definitely rent again when we are lucky enough to return to New Orleans!

Best place ever

I've been going to Essence for almost 14 years and this is my second time staying here. I can say that this has been the best place I've stayed, ever. The space is always clean, very nice, spacious and convenient. Not to mention that every time I called or sent a text with questions pertaining to a unit, Erika was very helpful. This year I had Cami and she was just a nice. As much as I would like to gate keep this location I just can't. I recommend them every chance I get.

Breathe of Luxurious Air

This property more than matched it's online photos, but in person, the esthetics, the cleanliness, and ambiance of the New Orleans made this property absolutely luxurious. We frequent NOLA a lot and this host has gained a repeat customer for life. You can tell they take pride in the property. From how well the place is decorated to how plush and comfortable the furniture and beds are. The view from the balcony is the cherry on top. With plush outdoor setting you can take in the city scape while taking in your relaxing beverage of choice at any time of day.

Excellent Location

Was in town for a conference and this was the perfect location for the expo center. Was able to walk to meetings quickly and return home for lunch breaks. The space was large, comfortable, and cool! Will stay here again in the future!

I always come back to New Orleans Luxury Rentals as I fell in love with the Warehouse District and the beautiful rooms this company advertises! Beautiful and spacious rooms in a wonderful location. Close to both the French Quarter and the Garden District! Has both great architecture and restaurants in the area! The hosts are always responsive, friendly, and provide detailed information. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic spot!

Came for Mardi Gras and stayed a week in the Calliope unit. It was super clean, cute and well-stocked. Great responses from the managers when we needed help. Only thing I would suggest is a full-length mirror so guests can check out their Carnival looks haha!

Excellent trip to NOLA

We absolutely loved our stay at the Refinery in NOLA, close enough to the tourist attractions and far enough too. The accommodations were everything you could ask for, the host very flexible, honest and professional!

Highly Recommend!!!

I absolutely give them five stars… this place has so much character, and the street was quiet. It was close to and within walking distance of, restaurants, the grocery store, a coffee shop, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with them and will be back soon!

Highly Recommend!!!

We spent a month in this apartment, and it was excellent in every way! The rooms are very clean, inviting, laid out nicely, and in a great location. The kitchen is well equipped and provided everything we needed to make our meals. It is a quiet and safe area with lots of street parking. The beds were very comfortable and they provided sound machines in each room if needed! This will always be our first choice on future visits, if it is available!
