Residenza cittadina impeccabile con 3 camere da letto e 3 1/2 bagni. Meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. La comunità ha accesso diretto all'accesso alla spiaggia pubblica. Bella piscina circondata da palme è a pochi passi dal patio posteriore. L'accesso al suono è raggiungibile a piedi. A pochi passi da ristoranti e negozi. A pochi minuti dal lungomare di Morehead City, dallo storico Beaufort, dall'acquario NC a Pine Knoll Shores, dal Fort Macon State Park e dall'Atlantic Beach Town Park che comprende splash pad, parco giochi e skateboard all'aperto.

Gli interni includono tutti i nuovi arredi. 3 camere da letto (king, queen e 2 letti singoli), ognuna con il proprio bagno privato completo. Asciugamani e lenzuola forniti. Separati termostati su ogni piano per il tuo comfort individuale. Lavatrice e asciugatrice disponibili nell'unità per la vostra convenienza. We had a lovely stay. The location was actually perfect. Public access to the beach is right across the street from where we stayed. And the pool was the perfect spot for my family, when they needed a break from the beach. We cook a lot when we are on vacation, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice that there were some spices already there for us. The host did a great job communicating with us, right from the getgo. If we were to land again in Atlantic Beach, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This unit was perfect for our family of 5 and also a great location for walking to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals, lots of dishes, pans, etc. Nancy promptly answered all my questions about what items would be in the unit. Since it was right after Labor Day, half the time there was nobody but us using the chairs and pool which was nice. Also the rates were good. We hope to return again. Thank you!

We love Atlantic Beach and this condo is in the perfect spot- close to everything. The property was as advertised with plenty of room to spread out and everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Communication with the hosts was positive, too- the community pool was down for 2 days for repairs which was a bummer but not the hosts’ fault. We would definitely stay here again. Our only constructive feedback- the mattresses are really soft and the sheets didn’t fit at all; as soon as you sat down on one side, the other side popped off. It would also be helpful to have some hooks in the bathrooms for towels/ swimsuits. Overall, a great option for an AB vacation!

The property location and size made for a wonderful family vacation. We loved the access to the pool and short walking distance to the beach, able to drive easily to Moorehead City and Emerald Ise.

Very nice accommodations!

Perfect place to stay for families. Right across the street from the beach. Very convenient to the venues we attended for a rehearsal dinner and the wedding.

This was a lovely property! The owners communicated promptly with us. This property was clean, with many amenities. It was close to the beach and the pool. We really enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom made it to convenient for the family members I traveled with. I would recommend this property.

Relaxing Fun

Would stay again! Love the location, amount of bedrooms/bathrooms and beautiful pool with plenty of seating. Second year staying at this location of condos/townhouses. You can’t go wrong with any of the properties at this location.

Great stay!

We were visiting our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter who are stationed at Camp LeJeune. It was the perfect place to all stay together for a long weekend. The pool was a great option as the beach was too hot for the baby. We enjoyed every minute!

Great location. Our family loves the playground and the pool. Short walk to the beach. Well-maintained complex. Although it is a townhouse we never heard the neighbors.

Wonderful stay at a conveniently located beach condo for families!

We had an exceptional extended stay at this property. The condo is conveniently located a short walk across a boardwalk to Atlantic Beach and has all you need for a true getaway. The hosts were so helpful with all of our questions and immediately followed up on any small requests that we had. Highly recommended!

Great townhouse and pool

We had a great week in Atlantic Beach. The townhouse was very clean and fit our needs wonderfully. No sound issues with the neighbors and the extra windows as an end unit were nice. The community pool was a great addition and never overly crowded even during a holiday week!

Great location and very friendly owners. Home had lots of room and had the necessities for our stay. Only negative was no dryer but that wasn’t in their control. They tried to fix it.

We had an awesome trip to Atlantic Beach and we enjoyed staying at St.Somewhere. We had plenty of space for our entire family. Nice home and appliances. We liked the charcoal grill, it was nice. The kids liked having their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the two balconies and the expanded patio area. The condo had everything we needed for sleeping and cooking. The pool area was large and just steps away from the patio. The kids liked taking the trash out so they could play on the playground on the way back. We walked to the public boat ramp and enjoyed viewing the inter coastal waterway. Walks to the beach were nice, it took only five minutes to walk there and there is a crosswalk to make it safer to cross the road to get to the beach. Everything we needed was convenient to get to, like grocery stores and restaurants. The only bad thing we could say about this condo is the beds were not the most comfortable to sleep on or keep sheets on. The air conditioning seemed to struggle a bit to cool the house when we first checked in, but it held steady once it was cooled off. Noise is what you would expect from having so many neighbors, kids screaming at the pool and car alarms going off, vehicles with loud exhaust. I would recommend staying here and we would stay again if we come back to Atlantic Beach.

Wonderful stay

We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for 20+ years and this is our 3rd year staying in this complex. The townhome was exactly as pictured and described! Plenty of space for our family, great accessibility to the pool, an easy walk to the beach and a fully stocked kitchen! The house was clean and the check-in process was very smooth. Great communication with the owners and a fast response time. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Home away from Home

Great location to everything. Pool was so convenient and close to condo. Beach access was great as well. We felt like we were home away from home. Having individual bathrooms for each bedroom was the best. We had our space but also room enough for everyone to eat together and enjoy family time and games. My first time renting this unit and plan to continue. Thank you Garriss' for sharing your home with us....
