Guarda l'oceano dal bar della cucina, dal soggiorno e dal corridoio. 150 passi dalla spiaggia, dal molo di Capitola, dai negozi di boutique e da oltre 20 ristoranti. Cucina ristrutturata, WiFi TV a grande schermo e un patio posteriore con barbecue a gas. Perfetto per famiglie, coppie o fughe di ragazze / ragazzi! 8 posti letto. Parcheggio coperto per 1 auto, parcheggio sterrato per auto aggiuntiva. Inoltre, per gli affittuari che cercano proprietà che possono ospitare più di 8 persone, il nostro condominio Capitola Breeze (Annuncio # 1469178) è proprio accanto e può ospitare fino a 8 persone, quindi se hai una grande festa (più di 8 persone) puoi affittare entrambi i condomini e i cortili posteriori si collegano attraverso un cancello nella recinzione posteriore. Perfetto per famiglie allargate e / o amici che viaggiano insieme.

150 steps to the beach was not an exaggeration! It was amazing to be that close!The condo was clean, comfortable, and the perfect beachy vibe for our trip.With 3 kids under 6, we appreciated the back patio area, and a well- stocked kitchen and a great barbecue for our meals. That meant cocktails at one of the many restaurants right down the street. Communication was perfect with Jennifer. We are already planning our next visit!

Beautiful, airy condo with view of beach.

Very clean, high ceiling, spacious and sunny. Super comfortable bed. Covered parking, which is a godsend in Capitola. Straight out the front door and you are a short walk to all the frontage restaurants. Excellent property at a fair price.

Beautiful view, comfortable beds

We loved the living room view of the ocean, especially at sunrise! The garage parking was so convenient. We walked over the bridge to dozens of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The pier entrance was across the street. The home was well appointed with sufficient towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies, as well as board games/puzzles. My son requested to move into the home permanently!

Wonderful property, clean and convenient for beach, shops & restaurants. Jennifer was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had prior to our stay. Only reason the overall rating was not a 5 is due to the extremely noisy neighbors we had in the apartment next door !!!

In the heart of Capitola

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s condo for the Capitola Beach Festival 2024. It was so nice to be in walking distance to everything and not have to worry about parking or traffic. The condo was so nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Looking forward to another stay in our future.

Wonderful location & Beautiful Condo

My family stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was such a treat! The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was nicely stocked with essentials that made our stay worry-free! This was our first time in Capitola and we’re already planning our yearly return.

Duplex at Capitola Beach

We rented both units of this duplex for a family vacation. Would definitely do it again. Units had everything we needed, and they are located across the street from a wonderful beach and a block away from Capitola Village. This vacation was just what the doctor ordered. The host Jennifer played an important role in our great satisfaction.

Great Location!

Had a great 3 Generation Girls trip. My little granddaughter who is 2 and a half loved sitting by the window people watching and looking at the beach, and was so excited when we said we were going to go walk there. It is a very short walk from the condo. Also walking distance to shops & restaurants. The condo was very clean and Jennifer was very quick to reply to a questin we had. Parking is a huge plus. My daughter and I talked about making this 3 generation girls trip a annual trip and staying in this condo...or letting the men and boy come, and stay in Jennifers condo next door too.

This condo checked all of what we were looking for. Cleanliness, location and space! The owner was very responsive and friendly. The view was great and an easy walking distance to Esplanade and the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Family surf trip

Lovely condo in the heart of Capitola, walked to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, and a short drive to all our favorite surf spots. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and it has parking!!! Only downside no laundry.

This property was charming and located right by the beach and right by plenty of dining options and a ton of shopping. We were there during the Capitola Beach Festival… and we were perfectly located to join in or to even watch it all from the living room window. It was perfect for our group of four… Though it sleeps more. The owner/host was so helpful and very nice to deal with. We will definitely go back if we want to say right in that area and we would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome Getaway in Capitola

This property has a beautiful view and easy access to Capitola beach and village. It is just steps away from both! The condo is spacious, clean and well appointed. Perfect for a family! The outdoor backyard table and bbq was an added bonus!

I am a native Northern Californian who loves the beach. After growing up in the Bay Area and spending many weekends at Capitola Beach, we searched for the perfect Beach house for our family and to share with others. Capitola is so unique, quaint and beautiful. Capitola Village is a gem. You are close to everything and we love that you can just park and walk everywhere. Wonderful boutiques, restaurants, wineries, Gayle's Bakery, grocery stores and most importantly, the magnificent Capitola Beach and Pier is only 150 steps away! It's so relaxing in Capitola and the weather is always perfect.

We chose this property because it was open and airy with high ceilings and a wall of windows. As you enter the condo you immediately feel relaxed. Not only do you have an amazing ocean view, but you have all the amenities to relax on vacation. You have a wonderful patio to grill on, a lovely living room to chill in, a beautiful kitchen with a four seat kitchen bar to cook in and enough room to have your whole family with you. Our place sleeps 6 comfortably and can sleep 8 more tightly. Most importantly you are 150 steps from Capitola Beach and the Capitola Pier! This condo is perfect for a family vacation, couples weekend, and girls or guys getaways! Everyone will love it. Once you are parked, you don't need to drive again!

Wonderful condo with all the amenities you need, a spectacular ocean view, and located across the street from the entrance to the Capitola Pier and Beach. Back patio to relax and grill on after a day at the beach. Sleeps 6 comfortably but can sleep 8 with a pullout trundle bed. Includes a covered parking space.
