This is the cutest place ever! Nicely furnished and updated. Quiet and the bedrooms are spacious and dark for great sleeping. April the host is the best and super quick to respond. Lots of great space inside.

Get away

2nd floor apt. Very spacious. Furniture is nice. Plenty of blankets, spices in cabinet. Keurig. More than enough space for me and my husband. We loved it. Ate across the street at 523 it was delicious. The music did not interrupt our sleep. Would definitely stay again .

Family stay

Size of unit was great. Location was very central to downtown Elkhart and where we needed to be. Didn't expect the loud bar noise next door.

Very Well Done April!

This apartment is actually nicer than it’s photos. April has done a very nice job of refinishing the hardwood floors and converting this former Arthur Murray dance studio into a very nice, and very large apartment. Our group of 4 were all adults and we had plenty of room in this unit. Although we did not need to use the kitchen, it is completely updated, and has newer appliances for any cooking needs. The beds were both very comfortable to us, and the unit was very clean. I will definitely check availability and rent again if in the area.

Great place for an ND game

We came up for the 2023 Ohio State game, the unit is about 20-30 minutes from campus and a quick drive. Around the corner from the unit is a great Martins supermarket as well with everything you’d need for tailgating. Unit itself was clean, check in was easy. The next time we come back up for a game we’ll be aiming to stay here again.

Great Stay

The apartment was in great condition, very clean, and had a ton of space. In the downtown area so near restaurants and bars. It does share a wall with a bar with music, but honestly, I didn't notice it. The owners have done a great job! I would highly recommend it and would stay again if ever in Elkhart. Thank you.

Amazing!!!

This condo was absolutely amazing. Very clean, very cute and huge! It was great being walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable!

Elkhart Excellence

Our stay was a most excellent and enjoying experience! From check-in to check-out this rental delivered everything advertised and more. It is very clean, spacious and I highly recommend giving this place a try if you are in the area.

Notre Dame weekend trip

Apartment was 30 minutes from Notre Dame which was great for a home game weekend. Easy to get back and forth. The apartment was very clean and we didn't have any problems.

My son and I visit Elkhart most every year to visit family. We really enjoyed the apartment. It was clean, well stocked and in a great location. We will definitely look at it for next year.

Great Space in the heart of a great downtown

This beautiful loft is situated on the Main Street of a quaint but modern city. Easy access to incredible dining and within driving distance of plenty of attractions. This is a fantastic rental if you are in town for business or want to get away for a couple of days. The owners communicated very well and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Overall great experience. Very clean and described accurately. Only issue for us was that my son was competing on the weekends and the music could be loud below. It was only an issue one night. I would rebook again. Lovely space!

Nice condo in a great location

This condo was perfect for a long weekend while we were in town for a swim meet. Very close to the Elkhart Fitness and Aquatic center. Nice restaurants and shops within walking distance of the condo. Will definitely stay again the next time we need to spend a weekend in the area.
