In a modern residence with a swimming pool*, near the thermal baths, this comfortable one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator). It features a living room with a sofa bed (not a sofa bed) and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.). There is one bedroom (double bed 140x190cm) with a wardrobe, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A covered terrace with garden furniture is also included. Private parking and Wi-Fi access (fiber optic) are available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted outside.

*The swimming pool is open in July and August only. All decisions concerning the pool are made by the condominium association. Therefore, no discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible. Bed linen and towels are not provided and can be arranged for an additional fee through the agency at the time of booking. The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). A check-out inspection is carried out upon each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they believe are not up to standard or not noted by the agency. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-room apartment): €55.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
