Target house

We never got a code to get into community and thankfully we had 2 houses and they got to use our code to get in. We did not have enough towels for all the people staying there. We were short about5-7 towels. I tried calling the number for maintenance to get more towels that took about 45 minutes to talk to someone and I never got more towels.

Cleanliness

The property is nice but really lacking in terms of cleanliness. The sheets were not clean. Floors and bathrooms were not really clean either. The pool needs maintenance. My children only used that pool and 4 of the 5 children had ear infections during and after the stay.

The house accommodations were great for my family, however, the usage of the poor was not available

Renting of the house was great with the accommodations, however, the usage of the pool was not available til day 6 and we were leaving the next morning, the filter was filthy, the beds were dirty, Refrigrator trays on the door missing. The walkway leading into the house filthy.

Not what I expected

I am not use to writing bad reviews. This property was okay in the area. First thing was trying to get in the house, the code that was provided in the email was incorrect. Took about 30mins to get the code over the phone. Once in the house it was clean and did noticed there were no basic things available such as dish detergent nor sponge. The internet had very bad signal because it kept disconnecting and not enough to reach the second floor. Not enough towels being that the house is for 22 guests there was only 18 of us. The toilet paper! only one roll per bathroom. I paid so much for this house and I had to go out and spend more money on these basic necessities which I feel they should provided at least 2 rolls per bathroom. In the kitchen they do have ample cups and plates but not enough cooking utensils. The two knives there were super dull. Couldn’t even cut tomatoes! The pans horrible like cheap pans. Moving on, the pool area was okay. The grill didn’t work! When I called to see maybe they can help me with that , the person over the phone said they had nothing to do with the grill that it was the owners. Okay how do I contact them? Nothing from them. The pool was dirty as if the filter was not working? I got tired calling them about the things that didn’t work. I never been to a house with so much problems going on. The house are very close to each other some people have no respect during the night hours. It was 12am and the people staying across from us had loud vulgar music and yelling. Just be aware. Paid so much for this house just so i can get headaches and nothing worked being stressed about how to fix things on my end so the family can have a good time which that was the point for everyone to relax and enjoy time.

Our trip to Orlando

Visited with my family of 6, and we had a Awesome time the house was Outstanding. It had 9 bedrooms and we had plenty of space. The Harry Potter room and the Star Wars room was Phenomenal.

Nice house, not as well supplied as other properties

The house is nice and roomy. There is little privacy in the pool, other pools surround it and you can hear everything. There are no basic soft supplies for the kitchen (no potholders, kitchen towels, etc) but it is well stocked with glasses, plates, utensils etc. the size of the cooking pots are not appropriate to the number of people the house will sleep- we had to do three pots for spaghetti, 2 pots for sauce, and the strainer is the size of your hand. Also not enough towels, wash cloths, etc for the number it sleeps ( we had to purchase more). Also there were NO paper products, so bring your TP. We did have an issue with the WiFi, but that was taken care of quickly by the management company. Overall, fun place to stay, minor inconveniences that are not hard work around.

Disappointing

The house was beautiful and clean but the neighborhood was awful. We were kept up multiple nights by our neighbors playing loud music and partying.

Good VRBO

It was great for the space. Disappointed there is only 1 roll toilet paper and paper towel. No garbage bags, dish soap, dish washer detergent or hand soap. Plenty of wine glasses!! Otherwise enjoyed our stay.
