Just Enough è un caratteristico cottage con due camere da letto e due bagni affacciato sul canale, immerso nella tranquilla comunità di Brigands Bay, al largo di Hwy 12, situato a Frisco, NC. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con vasca adiacente (solo doccia in piedi) La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e due letti a castello. C'è anche un divano letto. La sala da bagno ha una vasca con doccia. C'è anche una grande doccia esterna e una zona spogliatoio. La casa dispone di una griglia a carbone all'aperto. Offriamo quattro kayak per una persona, due biciclette da crociera, alcune sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni. La casa sarà pulita, i letti preparati con lenzuola fresche al momento del check-in e pronti per partire. Ti chiediamo di portare i tuoi asciugamani! La casa accetta anche animali domestici.

We’ve stayed here for the last several years. It was a rainy, windy week but we were able to get on the beach a little and enjoy the fishing and kayaking in the canal/sound. Always a perfect spot for our family! Thank you!

We really enjoyed sitting on the second story porch, facing the channel, and watching Pelicans wheeling and diving!

Quiet Beautiful Neighborhood

This was our second time staying at Just Enough. We just love the location and amazing views and incredible customer service provided by the owner!! The owners are so accommodating and appreciate them allowing us to rent their property! We will definitely go again!

Perfect, relaxing getaway

Quiet, serene and right on the canal, this place was the perfect, relaxing getaway. The property owners were great in letting us know what we needed to bring to complete our stay (just linens and towels). We had a great time cooking, sitting out in the screened in porch and enjoying the serenity of this wonderful rental. We will definitely be going back.

Another Year of Just Enough

We had a wonderful stay again this year! Perfect weather and plenty to do. Along with the beach, we enjoyed the kayaks, fishing in the canal, riding bikes and hanging out on the screened porch enjoying the evenings. Thank you for sharing your place, it’s perfect for our little family. We will definitely book again next year!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our week at Just Enough! The property was clean, perfectly appointed and a comfortable setting for our family of four and pups. We rented Linens from Hatteras Helping Hands and they were all there on our arrival. We especially loved the screen porch and spent a lot of time there looking out over the water. We will definitely come back!

Exactly as Advertised

The house was perfect for my wife, our dog and me. It’s a great location close to the ORV entrance, Connors super market and Frisco Rod and Gun. The screened in porch was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thee owner (Amy) was very responsive to any questions we had.

Clean, and as Described

We enjoyed our stay, as it was clean and as described. Quiet location and very peaceful. Master bed was very comfortable, but second bedroom could use a new mattress. Communication was very good and response swift! Thanks!!

More than enough

Very nice neighborhood, we have stayed in that area before so was familiar with it. The house is just as it says, just enough. Nice size, great location. We did not take advantage of the bikes or kyacks, but so nice it was offered. The screened in porch is an added bonus. Will definitely book again in the future.

Our Getaway

We had an excellent time staying at Just Enough! We were pleasantly surprised at the location and beautiful views. The house was clean and met our expectations. Amy was always very prompt and responsive when we reached out. We would definitely stay again. I would also like to add we had to leave early due to a storm approaching and the owner’s credited our night we didn’t stay without us asking. Very appreciative!!

The property was very clean and had what we needed for our stay. Even though it is a pet friendly home, you would never know that any pets had been inside. While the 2nd bedroom was smaller than we had expected, the bed was so comfortable!! Everything worked well and was comfortable. The screened in porch was a lovely place to enjoy the breeze and conversation with our friends. Renting linens and towels was something I had never experienced before, but was easy and not a big deal at all. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.

My husband and I grew up and currently live here in NC. Ironically we live at the beach, just on the other end of the state! We love to fish and naturally that is what brings us to the OBX year after year.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We purchased this home as a second home as this is our "Happy Place". We have been vacationing in the Outer Banks for many years and for years have wanted a small place to call our own. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We have found it to be, well what we named it, "Just Enough"! It is two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and just enough for a small family and their fur baby or two! Our two fur babies always travel with us so that's why we allow our home to be opened up to yours.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

You will fall in love with the screened in porch overlooking the canal. Watching the water from the dining room and the den can be mesmerizing at times for us. Other times, it's nice to plunk the kayak in the water and take a nice stroll out the canal to the Pamlico! Or if you prefer you can ride the bikes through the community. If you bring your furry friends, walking the neighborhood is just as enjoyable.
