Everything about this property was wonderful! The location was perfect; so close to shops, restaurants and anything that you wanted. The space was amazing; so roomy and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also great! The balcony/patio space was incredible too. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked with anything needed, including coffee! I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

Southern Gem is located in the heart of Asheville, easily walkable to everything Downtown has to offer. The space is very open and the bedrooms are well appointed and beds are comfortable. The building is in great shape and we felt very secure. Public parking is close by and you are minutes from all that Asheville has to offer. Highly recommend Southern Gem!

The location in downtown Asheville is amazing! Once we parked, we did not drive for 3 days. With the bedrooms being on two separate floors, there was plenty of privacy. And the living space was very spacious and comfortable.

Parking garage behind the building was 24.00 per day. Downtown close to restaurants, shops, entertainment, art galleries and a short distance to the Biltmore. Extremely nice stay.
Drum line entertainment every Friday from 5-9 pm.

Wonderful downtown place to stay

We enjoyed staying in this clean, modern, well-equipped condo. We could walk to everything and felt very secure in the building.

Very comfortable and clean space right in the heart of Asheville. We loved having Flour bakery right down stairs and so many places walkable. Even for my 85 year old motherThe decor was perfect, outdoor space was nice and everything was very clean. Definitely recommend for your next Asheville getaway.
