Nice place for relaxing and fun time. Great view of London Bridge and in heart of activity while still very quiet. Place is spacious and comfortable.

This place was a great location. But very outdated .. it good use some love for sure .. especially the kitchen and bathroom showers . The bath towels were thin and not very cozy . I don’t like that there’s carpet and that I had to vacuum before I left .. the 80s blinds kept braking too .. I will say that the master bed was very comfortable. Over all it did its job but jut wish it was a little nicer

It’s always a good experience staying here at this condo. The condo is located in the best part of Havasu. You can wake up and drink your coffee on the balcony and enjoy all the boats on the river and its steps away from the channel.

Amazing view

One of the best properties I’ve stayed at. I’ve stayed at 3 other units on the property and this unit by far was the best location. On top of the unit being the best location the unit inside was the most comfortable units I’ve been in. I will definitely be renting this unit again.

Great location. Great view. Short walk to restaurants , movies ,bars. Mona was great to work with. We had a fan go out on the refrigerator,and freezer. ( We do understand that those kind of things can happen whenever). Mona got it repaired ASAP. Would definitely work with Mona again. Thanks

Review of stay

Worst possible stay I’ve had at these condos.SAVE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THEY WILLLLL TAKE YOU DEPOSIT FOR NO REASON. First off it was all spiders in every corner of the house so we were already disgusted… we then woke up in the morning with all bug bites so we think they have bed bugs.. they’re tv didn’t work.. it was just terrible. We didn’t complain for one thing! We followed a huge list for checkout for her to only say it wasn’t done good enough.. we pay for a cleaning fee but we have to make the house spotless .. then she stated she has to keep our deposit because we didn’t do a good job, and now she’s blaming us for tv not working. It’s crazy… SCAMMING PEOPLE THIS WAY…

All Renters are asked to clean up after themselves before they checkout. There is a very simple list to follow. Leaving food all over the floors, stains on the patio floor, sand everywhere in the condo and breaking the TV is not acceptable. They falsely claimed there were bedbugs, spiders, and spiderwebs all over the condo. After their false claims, I called a pest control company to come out right away. They verified that there were absolutely NO bedbugs , no spiders, no spiderwebs in the condo. Unfortuantely this renter came up with all these false claims after they were charged for leaving the condo in sad shape. They never contacted me during there stay to let me know of any problems or concerns. When they checked out of the condo, they sent me a text message stating "Everything was GREAT - Thank you so much". This is the only poor review I have had - I am sorry they posted these lies and false claims. Thank you

Best location lots of room and host was perfect propane was empty filled it up and left it pretty much full when I left but other than that it was great !

Second time back

Great place for me and my family. The neighbors got a little loud but that's Havasu. This is our second time back to this condo and when we go to Havasu again will will check to see if this place is available.

Convenient

Clean, comfortable, good location, near food, stores, gas, launch ramps. Step out the sliding glass door onto the balcony or head down to the beach for a party experience. Or... retire inside where its cool, quiet and peaceful.

Very Nice Stay

This was a great unit. I loved my coffee on the deck overlooking he water. Any small details we had to talk over with the manager and they were quickly taken care of ( the smoke detector beeped every so often they installed a new one immediately.)

Best spot in Havasu

Perfect spot with the public beach right out the front door on the canal. great for young kids to play in the sand nice view of London bridge and easy walking to restaurants

Great location

You can’t beat the location! Great views and walkable distance from bars and restaurants. Beds aren’t the most comfortable, but overall we were comfortable during our stay here.

Great Stay In Havasu

Great place to stay in Havasu. The condo was nicely furnished and was in a great location. Literally steps from The Channel and a great view from the balcony. We would come back here for sure.
