• Sulle splendide rive sabbiose del lago Winnipesaukee, questo è il luogo perfetto per la tua prossima vacanza al lago con la famiglia, con tutti i comfort e le comodità per rendere il tuo soggiorno la fuga perfetta! Situato alle Sands of Brookhurst, una piccola associazione tranquilla e accogliente nella pittoresca Meredith, questa casa aperta e ariosa confina con 45 acri di terra protetta, a 200 m dal bordo dell'acqua, con vista sull'acqua scintillante.
• Questa casa climatizzata con quattro camere da letto può ospitare comodamente 8 persone, con 2 letti queen size e 4 doppie. Aggiornato cucina completamente attrezzata, un sacco di spazio da pranzo e 2 bagni. Raccogli e rilassati nel comodo soggiorno o nella grande camera familiare (Wi-Fi, via cavo con Netflix / Amazon Prime Video, lettore DVD e film e un'ampia selezione di giochi da tavolo, puzzle, libri, ecc..).
• Un sacco di spazio esterno per oziare, grigliare e cenare sui ponti. Ampio cortile privato con firepit e molto spazio per giochi all'aperto sul prato.
• Bellissima spiaggia privata di associazione recentemente ricostruita con tanto sole e zone ombreggiate, viste spettacolari e grande molo per la pesca o semplicemente seduti con un caffè / cocktail. (Ampia selezione di sedie a sdraio, canne da pesca, giochi da spiaggia, galleggianti, ecc. Disponibili per l'uso).
• Abbiamo un ormeggio di facile accesso e una darsena per la vostra barca. Tre kayak e una barca a remi (e giubbotti di salvataggio di tutte le taglie) sono disponibili anche per una piacevole pagaia.
• Vicino ai centri della città di Meredith e Center Harbour, con ottimi ristoranti informali e raffinati, negozi, mercati alimentari, bancarelle locali, teatro, gallerie, cantine, birrerie, concerti, gelaterie e negozi di antiquariato, nonché golf , escursioni, sci, motoslitte, alpinismo e numerose attrazioni NH.

We loved it!

If we could give 6 stars, we would! We felt welcomed, and like we were staying at a friend's house. Many amenities, comfortable beds, great kitchen. We're from Denver, so not sure if we'll be back. If we are, we'll stay here!

Lovely home close to the water!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is great and very convenient to town. The lake/ beach is a 2 minute walk down the road. And the owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. If we go back to the area we’d definitely see if this home was available again!

Terrific Stay

Everything about this house was perfect. The house was spotless, well provisioned and comfortable all around. The communication with Michelle was stellar. This was one of the best VRBO stays we've had and we use VRBO a lot! Thank you, Michelle!

Perfect lake getaway

My wife and kids (ages 2 & 4) enjoyed a great long weekend at the lake house. Michele's communication was great from the very beginning, and the booking/check-in process was a breeze. The house is in a beautiful setting and has many updated features that made it feel like we were at home. The kids loved playing at the beach, and we even took the kayaks out for a spin. I would recommend this property to anyone in need of a lake retreat!

Fabulous Lakeside Home and Top-Notch Hosts!

If your looking for a deluxe cabin on Lake Winnipesaukee -- this place has it all! Great location -- stunning wood-framed two-level interior. Views from the deck are spectacular! Very tastefully decorated...well stocked with everything you could need! The dining areas, both inside and out, are phenomenal! The owners of the property are a joy to work with! Almost instantaneous response to any questions! If this is where you want to be and it's available, book it today! Quite a rare find!

Beautiful Lakehouse

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at this Winnipesaukee lake home. The owner, Michele, was so kind and inviting during all communication. She even left a bottle of wine and a s’mores basket for us. The house was tastefully decorated and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. It’s a short downhill walk to the beach and dock area, which we had basically to ourselves all week. We swam, went fishing, went paddleboarding (brought our own), and took the provided kayaks out on the lake as well. We enjoyed the lake every day but also explored the town and surrounding areas. Would love to stay again!!

Comfort and Convenience on The Lake

The Vercellins home was not only as described but better! It was clean, but felt lived in and loved. The kitchen was well appointed. The large windows in the great room connected us to the lake through the trees. The garage was filled with any recreational toy we might need. Even with six of us, we still had an entire bedroom left empty, so there was plenty of room. We brought our boat and we were able to keep it at the association slip, which was so convenient. The home is very centrally located 4 minutes from Center Harbor, 7 minutes from Meredith Center, and 20+ minutes from Laconia. We would definitely stay again!

Great Family Getaway

This was our first experience with VRBO and we had a great experience. My husband and I rented this property on the lake for us and our daughter, her husband and their 3 1/2 year old and 3 month old sons. The house was awesome. We walked into a very clean, well stocked house. The owners were great to work with. They were quick to answer our questions and they really made sure you felt at home. We walked in and found a really nice bottle of wine, and it seemed to have anything we could possibly need and then some. There was a charging station with every type of cord, and the house was full of homey touches. We highly recommend this property and would definitely reserve it again, and look forward to working with the owners again. We were very impressed.

Early Spring Get-away

My family and my brother's family were looking for a long weekend getaway in a quiet, private location away from the city to kick off our kids' spring break. We booked this lake house at Winnipesaukee and our experience from start to finish was amazing. Michele Vercellin, owner, was a pleasure to work with. She asked what our goal was for the days there and prepared a detailed list of "what to do" - in the home, in the neighborhood, and surrounding areas. It rained and even snowed during our time there, but there were plenty of amenities in the home for us to enjoy. We even did a bit of fishing at the pier which is a few yards from the house. The lake house felt like a home away from home and we plan to return soon! For parents: our kids' ages ranged from elemenary school age to teens and we all had plenty of entertainment in the home.

Perfect

The owner Michele was amazing to work with when we were looking for a place to rent for our family vacation. She responded to all of my questions quickly and couldn’t have been more accommodating to our family. When we arrived, we could not believe how lucky we were to be staying at her beautiful home for the next week. The home is located in a very quiet residential area with very friendly neighbors. Stores are very close by so no need to bring groceries etc from home. It is not the typical house we have rented on past vacations. It newly renovated and spotless. The attention to detail is very impressive. There was absolutely nothing that we needed. It is perfect for our family as there are 2 bedrooms and a family room on both floors for the early risers. We had our two young grandchildren with us and didn’t need to bring any games or toys for them. There were so many beach toys and a even wagon in the garage to put the kids in to take to beach. The beach is literally 2 houses away and beautiful with crystal clear water. We had it all to ourselves for the week. It was perfect for everyone as it was very shallow for the kids and a raft to swim out to. We enjoyed taking their kayaks out and brought our inflatable paddle boards. We feel very fortunate to have found this gem and are looking forward to making more great memories with our family in the future. Thank you so much for trusting us with your home!

Winnipesaukee at its best

We all had a fabulous time. The property is well suited for 2 families with sleeping and living space on both floors. Lots of amenities and toys for all ages and interests. Just a short walk down the street to a beautiful sandy beach for the littles and mooring where we tied up our rental boat after dumping our gear on the dock. Would have appreciated a clothesline or dryer to hang wet suits and towels. A great vacation spot!

Summer holidays @ Lake Winnipesaukee

Living in southern Florida is great….and vacationing at a lakehouse in the green mountains of NH is a wonderful change of scenery and pace! What made this vacation truly special was that we found the perfect house a few yards from its own private beach on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee! Our hosts were simply the best and made us feel welcome in every way possible. This is a winner and we hope to be back in 2022!

Great House, Great Location!

Gorgeous Location

Wonderful home and beautiful location. Great amenities and Michele was a terrific host and when I called she answered each time and gave me all the information I needed. We were fortunate enough to have great weather and even kayaked in November.! Would definitely stay here again.

Can't wait to go back!

This trip was a Covid getaway. What a place to be socially distanced! The house is meticulously clean. Sofas and beds are new and very comfortable and the kitchen is better stocked than my own. This is a house that the owners take great pride in and it shows. It is not furnished for "renters" but for their own family. It is the third house up from the lake which can be seen from the deck and kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for moonlit walks. We have rented vacation properties many times but have not stayed in any place as lovely as this. Michele could not have been nicer nor more helpful to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We will definitely return in 2021.

Home away from home - great family lake vacation!

We had a great week at the lake. The home is very clean and well-maintained. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive and communicative and made us feel at home. The neighborhood is lovely and the common beach area is very nice and was never crowded. Can’t wait to come back!
