Camera familiare e zona pranzo molto grandi. Bel cortile di livello con 50 piedi di lungolago. A pochi passi da The Village of Bemus Point - Negozi, ristoranti, campo da golf e molto altro. Parcheggia la tua barca sul molo privato, goditi i piedi dei fuochi d'artificio dal lago e approfitta delle numerose attività di Bemus Point e delle offerte della comunità circostante durante tutto l'anno! Il lungomare in cui si trova la casa si trova in una zona di velocità di 5 miglia all'ora - quindi non si sveglia. Breve giro in barca per cenare sul lungolago, pesca e sci nautico / tubi! Great lakefront, close to Bemus. It’s a very lovely place to stay! The bridge noise does travel, so if you are noise sensitive, you’ll want to use the air units overnight. House was large enough to accommodate all 8 of us and felt cozy when only 2-4 of us were there. Extra fridge and large washer dryer were very helpful! Dock, yard games and fire pit were used and much appreciated!Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time by the lake. The local town is so quaint, and walkable. The house was clean and the layout was ideal. Loved sitting in the sunroom viewing the lake, and playing games at the large table. Check in was easy and communication with the host was always prompt.

The cottage was great ! The extra refrigerator was nice. The big table in the dining area was perfect for family game time. We caught a bunch of gills right off the dock for a fish fry. The Lucy/Desi museum was fun. Niagra Falls wasn’t too far away for a day trip. We are discgolfers and we played 4 new courses (to us)

Very Nice Property

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and as expected. Very nice (and clean!) property and the owner was very responsive to any questions/needs. We stayed the week with our family and would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our family

We had a 90th birthday party for a close family member during our four day stay and your house was ideal for the event. The whole house was very clean and well equipped. Our entire stay was delightful.

Great, comfortable house. Perfect for family vacation or short getaway.

Property was very comfortable and spacious for my whole family for the weekend. We celebrated a family members birthday and was perfect space for our celebration. Keith was very helpful and checked to make sure had all we needed.

Great location for everything around this lake. Clean and comfortable with a great sunroom big enough for everyone. Owner is great to communicate with.

Great Stay at Muskie Manor

The rental was great place for my wife and I annual fishing week at Chautauqua lake. It is in a great location on the lake, close to great restaurants and shops. Keith and Family were very good to communicate and answer all questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be retuning next year to the Muskie Manor.

The house itself was beautiful and perfect. The dock, however, was covered with seagull poop (including the bench), and so was not usable. The construction on the bridge also made being outside and having a fire in the firepit less than optimal. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Bemus Point!

Best House On The Lake

Everything was simple and perfect from the time we booked until checkout. Keith was more than accommodating and friendly. The house is absolutely lovely, with a perfect layout. We hope to come back for many years to come. I miss it already!

We get together with our adult children and their loved ones annually. This was our first year at this year at this location and we will not hesitate to return. The property was lovely, the house met our needs perfectly and the town is super cute.

We are a family of four who have lived in Seattle, WA - Bailey, CO - Salt Lake City, UT - Buffalo, NY - and now here in Jamestown, NY since the summer of 2019. We love the outdoor activities available to us here in our new hometown and hope you do to! We have found the Chautauqua Lake area to be very similar to the Pacific Northwest where we grew up--the hilly terrain, green landscape, seasonal weather, and abundant active lifestyle opportunities. The only thing missing is the terrible West Coast traffic!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This house definitely needed some TLC when we purchased it. It has a main cottage that was built in the 1950's and the sunroom/upper bedrooms were added on in the 1980's. We completed 90%+ of the work ourselves, hitting up the local estate sales, and look forward to hearing your thoughts on the property. More recently all the windows in the older part of the house were replaced, and heat/AC was installed in the newer addition. We enjoy the cottage as a family, but are hoping to keep it rented the majority of the year. We love the small town feel of the area, the lake is great fun, and we look forward to exploring all that Chautauqua County has to offer in the coming years.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Lakefront living within walking distance to golf, restaurants, shops, and a short drive to hiking, site seeing, the comedy museum, etc. Even the ski slopes and wineries are not too far away!
