Nice basement home in quiet neighborhood

The hosts have an attention to detail in how this house is staged, the check-in and check-out process, and the amenities provided. We found everything we needed; the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Thank you, also for the welcoming gifts.

Great Place to Stay

The property was clean, the host communicated promptly, beautifully decorated and organized. Just was not a fan of a basement. There are big window wells that let in natural light in most of the rooms.

Thanksgiving

We came to the Orem area to be with family for Thanksgiving. Our stay was wonderful and the hosts were very accomodating and very quick to respond to a couple questions we had. The suite was very clean and comfortable! They provided all the amenities we could have needed.

Loved Our Stay

The property was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The owners were very attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking here again when we return to Orem.

Nice place to stay

This is a nice place to stay. It was pretty quiet and very clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We would return here again. A few things to note: the photos show that there's an actual coffee maker, but there's only now a Keurig machine. Also, the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped. It is okay for just cooking a little bit, but don't plan to do a lot of cooking as the pots/pans and utensils are somewhat limited. The location is nice though as it's close to everything in Orem.

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for a week's stay. I had a little get together with my sisters at the property as well as spending time around Provo. The hosts were super responsive and friendly, the property was really clean and very tasteful, and the location for Provo / Orem activities perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Orem Stay

Gregory and Miguel are fantastic hosts, they communicate early and respond quickly to questions. They helped accommodate us for an extra day due to some last minute changes. The place was beautiful and tastefully furnished. Beds were incredibly comfortable.

Great Stay in Orem

We chose this property as a home base for our trip to Utah for our son's wedding. With activities ranging from Provo to Salt Lake to Ogden, this was the perfect base of operations. Location: great, easy to get to, central. Property: super comfortable, tastefully decorated, so much nicer than a couple of hotel rooms. We'd definitely come back.

Excellent!

We loved our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. Very well stocked. Kids loved the hot chocolate machine! We made breakfast there every day. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place!

This is by far the best rental I have stayed at and far exceeds staying at a hotel. I stayed here for two weeks while I had medical treatment in Provo. It was very comfortable and had a lot of extras that were much appreciated - coffee, Q tips, lotion. The property managers were very attentive and respond to questions immediately. Highly recommend this homey rental!

Spotless, comfortable, highly recommend

This suite is impressive! It’s beautifully finished and was spotless upon arrival. We rent 2-3 properties a year through VRBO and this beauty is head and shoulders above the rest. The hosts have thought of every detail and we were beyond comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to even the most discerning guest.

Extremely clean and well decorated!

I’ve rented a lot of rentals, in all price ranges, and this is one of the best I’ve stayed in. It was extremely clean, had everything you might need (including toothbrushes and toothpaste, if you happened to forget yours), and the rooms were large and well laid out. The furniture was very comfortable, especially the beds. I would definitely rent this unit again. I was a little concerned beforehand due to the fact it was a basement rental, but those fears were immediately put to rest once we were settled in. I give this place 5 stars across the board!!

cute basement apartment

I was initially concerned about being in a basement apartment thinking no privacy and dark. Neither of these were the case. The apartment was very clean and also central to so many things to do. The owners were easy to communicate with and offered many helpful suggestions. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we were ever in this area.

Greg and Miguel purchased this property in early 2019 and spent six months renovating the basement suite so it would be perfect for you and your family. We have been hosting guests in various properties since 2017. As experienced hosts, it's our goal to make sure when you are in our home you feel like family. We look forward to meeting you!

Greg is a Utah native, and Miguel immigrated to Utah over 15 years ago! Needless to say, we love Utah and sharing all our favorite spots and activities with our guests. If you are looking for an adventure, a night out on the town, or a unique experience we can help you create that memory you won't forget.
