We loved our stay! From the thoughtful snacks, to the beach items for our use, to the great layout. We also loved the central location and having a pool so close. It fit our needs perfectly and made our stay on this beautiful island so much better.

Great spot for family trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the layout, we all had enough space and privacy. The full kitchen was handy with having the family together. We loved the pool and how close it is to poipu beach.

It’s Hawaii folks and paradise isn’t cheap no matter how you slice it. The unit could have been cleaner and the microwave in better shape, but Kristen is a rock star! Her attitude was amazing and helped with every issue that came up. The unit is in an excellent location; whether you want to go to the beach, drink a few cocktails or go have a nice dinner. Everything is well within walking distance or just a short drive away. I have stayed in nicer places on my previous trips to Kauai, but Kristen was a rockstar and she made this a great selection! We will definitely rent from Kristen again and Vacations Realty Hawaii.

This place has a great layout for a big family ! We had 4 kids and 2 sets of adults and we had more than enough room . The kitchen is a great layout. Not far to the beach .

The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stockedLocation was perfect. We stayed here last May and wanted to come back this AprilJust one draw back that was very disappointing was the hot tub was not functioning. Disappointed my two teenage girls.

Great property, great pool and great location. Close to Kiku’iula, poipu beach, Koloa town. Perfect for a family of 8 - 6 adults & 2 children. Would love to go back there.

We have stayed in Poipu many times, first time at this condo. We loved it! Getting to the beach was quick, property well maintained with great pool. This condo had a well stocked kitchen and laundry. Bedding was nice with extra blankets.

This house was wonderful! It was clean, comfortable and inviting for eight adults. Pili Mai is well situated and Poipu is a great location to stay on Kauai. Communication before and during our stay was clear and informative. We loved Kauai and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Minutes from shopping and the beach, but in a quiet, relaxed location. The pool was across from the building, and yet it was quiet enough we couldn't hear anyone.

Upsides: Comfortable rooms and beds, located steps from the pool and about a mile from Poipu beach and stores, beach supplies (chairs, snorkels, boogie boards), nice outdoor patio. Nice welcome basket with cookies, nuts and a serving of Kauai coffee.Downsides: hot tub was out of order for the 5 days we stayed and gardening crew at work right outside our patio by 8am. A few extra kitchen condiments/supplies would be helpful (spices, cooking oil) but other than that we were all very comfortable and happy with our stay.

Regarding the kitchen, for health and safety reasons, we do not provide shared cooking oils, spices, or similar items. As for the gardening activity, routine landscape maintenance began at 8:00 a.m., which is common in our warm, humid environment and helps keep the property looking its best year-round. Perfect location

Overall we had a really good experience, the property was very clean and exactly what our family of 6 was looking for. We thought the location was perfect in terms of things to do, places to eat, and spot on the island. The amenities like the pool area were also really nice! We would totally recommend anyone to stay here when on Kauai.

Kauai June 2023 Trip

We had a fabulous time at the condo. Perfect amount of rooms for all family that came. We would definitely stay here again. Already discussed our next trip out to Kauai again. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Fantastic Property

We loved our stay at Pili Mai. The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the layout and it had plenty of room for all 7 of us. It is in a quiet location and community. It is close to the beach and shops. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Wonderful property! Plenty of space for our whole family and we loved the location. Close to great restaurants, shops, and beach. The garage had beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear! Saved us from having to rent. We will definitely stay here again.
