FT. Walton is a great vacation spot. We have been going there since 2018. Always have a great time and owners are excellent people.

Our family stayed for the week of Aug 1-8 and everyone enjoyed the condo. It’s was an enough spacious for a family of 9 and offered plenty of amenities. The view was great from the balcony and we seen dolphins while sitting outside. The access to the beach and pool was very convenient. This was everyone’s first time to Fort Walton Beach and we all enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back in the future.

Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas was such a plus to have with the beach a very short walk to haul all the littles toys and a huge pool for use.Kitchen is well stocked for use and condo roomy and cozy for a family.

We appreciate you taking the time to review our Ocean front condo. We take great pride in providing a clean home like unit with the Gulf & swimming pool to be enjoyed by all of our guests. The beach service of 4 chairs & 2 umbrella makes enjoying the beach very easy and relaxing. Glad you have already reserved the unit for next year.

Love the covered parking and chairs on beach with umbrellas (make note you will need to pay 15 for a tag daily if you want a spot actually saved daily). The kitchen is a bit small for the amount of people it sleeps but, it is very much like most condos in area. Caretakers and home owner are extremely helpful from start to finish.

Property and complex appeared to have good upkeep. But was grossed out first day when there was a roach in the kitchen of condo when we were cooking. Saw one in the condo last day when we were packing up. Hope we didn't bring any home:(Pool is very large and we used it a lot b/c of weather:) Short walk to beach. Beach setting was great:) Saw maintenance people working around the complex daily, but definitely need to step up pest control.

Great view. Spacious unit. Clean. Silverware drawer needs to be cleaned out periodically (crumbs in the holder). Could use some interior updates (bed spreads and couches). Would stay there again.

Sandra thank you for your review. I will let the maid know about the crumbs in the silverware tray. Our cleaners have been with us for 20 years, sorry they missed the crumbs. I appreciate the feedback on the bedspreads and couches. We as the owners, will be at the unit in April to look into the current needs of the unit. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay enjoy to return to the unit in the future.

Great Location

We had a great stay. Love the location. The beach is beautiful and the pool was very nice too! The condo had plenty of room for us, we had four adults and four kids.

Best vacation ever!!!

We stayed here with our large family and never felt crowded. The location was amazing!!! Beautiful beach and pools. Condo is well appointed. We can't wait to go back!!

Great place to stay!!!

Loved the condo and location! Close to everything but not crowded. Went for spring break 2016 and had a great time! Really enjoyed the beach service which was included in the rental! Very clean and quiet. Would stay again 100%!

Softball vacation

Very clean place…beautiful view and loved sitting on the beach with not having to worry about chairs. It was so nice to walk down and know you have somewhere to sit and relax We love okalossa island it’s so beautiful

Great place for a family vacation.

Beautiful place, pools are awesome, ocean is even better. The only thing thay could have been better were the pillows lol. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

Perfect getaway

Slept 4 adults and 6 children very comfortably. Plenty of space, owners had everything you needed, even a crock pot!
