The condo was perfect. Spacious, well-appointed, very comfortable. And Jessica was so responsive and helpful. We would definitely choose to return.

June stay during FiBark

We are so happy we booked this condo in Salida. It was comfortable, clean, beautiful view of the river, and a short walk to downtown. We even saw a couple deer walking through the river in the morning. Great communication with the host as well. We look forward to staying here again some time!

I hate to leave a good review cuz I don't want this place to get too popular. But it is outstanding owners are easy to communicate with owner. We have stayed here in the past and will stay here in the future. Well equipped very clean, convenient to everything.

Great Place!!

This is our second stay at this property and we can't recommend it enough for a couple who want to enjoy the Salida area. It's very nice to come home to a nice, clean space after a day of hiking, and relaxing on the deck area with a drink, a book, and a great view of Tenderfoot Mountain, as well as overlooking the Arkansas River! Communication with the host has always been great; check-in and checkout are a breeze. Ten stars!

Like coming home

I lost count, but this is our 8th or 9th stay at this condo, but every time now it feels like coming home. I wouldn't imagine a year without visiting. The location is fantastic, the access to the river walk is amazing. Whether you're going to just relax or if you're into all the activities Salida has to offer, you can't go wrong staying at this condo.

This is our second stay at this property and we can’t recommend it enough for a couple who want to enjoy the Salida area. It’s very nice to come home to a nice, clean space after a day of hiking, and relaxing on the deck area with a drink, a book, and a great view of Tenderfoot Mountain, as well as overlooking the Arkansas River!Communication with the host has always been great; check-in and checkout are a breeze. Ten stars!

Great location and excellent space

Really great space right on the river. Nice and quite but SO close to town. Garage was great for storing our bikes and gear. Great for a weekend getaway or extended stay.

Riverfront

Our stay at the Riverfront Condo in Salida was amazing! Everything was beautiful and being on the water was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again! Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

The condo was perfect for our stay asn as advertived overlooked the Arkansas River. I don't mean to be critical, but you asked so, it took a long while to cool the condo after arrival and the bed mattress was hard as a rock, very surprising as everything else was so upscale. But, overall, a fantasy-like location and property.

Unit was in a nice location and living area was nice. Our only complaint was the excessive spider webs on all the staircase outside and patio windows on the deck. The fencing around the outside deck had been cleaned of the webs except one window. Gnats were between screen and door. So you couldn’t leave screen open or they would come in the unit. The fourth night there were gnats under the front entry lights were thick.We kept the ac on and door shut so gnats were minimum.I would stay in the unit again if the outside was cleaned and unit was cleaner. I should have mentioned the insect problem the first day.

Great Location at the Riverfront Condo in Salida

We had a great stay at the Riverfront Condo in Salida. We loved enjoying lunch or happy hour on the deck overlooking the river. And the location made getting to restaurants, attractions, and bike trails a couple blocks away very convenient. This was our second stay there, and I'm sure we will be back.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, plus more! We especially enjoyed being close to the downtown shops and having a garage was an added bonus. The patio overlooking the river was also a great place to relax and enjoy nature. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope we can return next year!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent most of our time on the deck watching the water and deer. It’s a short walk to town, and convenient to bike trails. I recommend the farmers market, the palisade peaches were so good! We hope to stay here again.

Amazing deck over the river.

Love this condo, so lovely, spacious and very comfortable. And the deck over the river is amazing. May be the most relaxing getaway ever for us! Jessica was very accommodating, altho we had no issues since everything was just about perfect for our stay in salida!
