Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This property was well stocked for a comfortable stay in Moab! We especially appreciated even having a sturdy cooler for our adventures! Very clean, easy check-in and out. We would stay here again.

No garage door opener and the code did not work for the garage. Shower only got warmish. Plates and silverware were disgustingly dirty with egg yolk etc.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that these concerns impacted your stay. We do wish they had been brought to our attention while you were at the property, as we would have been happy to assist right away. The garage is accessed by keypad rather than a separate opener, and we could have quickly helped troubleshoot the code if we had known there was an issue. We also would have immediately addressed the hot water and any cleanliness concerns with the kitchen items, as dishes and silverware are expected to be clean and ready for guest use. We appreciate the feedback and will make sure these items are checked, though unfortunately we weren’t given the opportunity to verify or resolve them during the stay.

Great condo just South of Moab- not far at all and perfect if you’re going into La Sal mountains or Needles district. Plenty of space. Great views. Plenty of essentials provided (toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper- even coffee!). There is a cooler and pool towels provided also. We enjoyed the games they provided as well.

Perfect stay for family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a few days for some adventuring and sightseeing. The condo was in a great location. We were within about 10 min driving distance from any of the activities that we were pursuing. Arches National Park was maybe 15 minutes away. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect escape after a day in the desert heat.

This a definite re booking on our next trip to Moab. Plenty of space for all guests and their vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen. Small boxes in the kitchen and bathrooms containing essentials.

20 mins to Arches, 5 mins to a Wicked Espresso, good location just outside of town. The attached garage was nice for loading and unloading, condo had nice toiletries to get you started, TP, paper towels, dish and laundry soap.

Great stay

The condo was a terrific place to stay while our family explored Arches National Park and the local area. Quiet neighborhood, close to town, and all of the conveniences of home!

Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Having a garage big enough for 2 standard SUVs and room for 4 bikes was very nice. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and enough towels for 3 people for 3 nights. Finding and getting into the property was very easy (we never actually went through the front door, just garage). We didn’t use the laundry but it was nice to have.

Great stay

Great location. Nice clean town home with great views. We loved having the conveniences of a kitchen and ability to do laundry. The pools were great for a hot summer trip.

Great location and views!

Great process, beautiful location for our two week stay. We slept great on the beds, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had an adult guest for a couple of days who loved it, too.

An amazing stay!

Honestly the property and proximity to the pool was incredible! The only thing that would have made it better was more swim towels for the pool.

Outstanding property in an excellent location. The condo was very clean and well stocked, and we especially appreciated the extra little touches, like the welcome kits left for us in the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything about this property was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Great condo, a few min north of town.

Clean, comfortable and had a lot of kitchen supplies which made cooking meals at home a lot easier. I would stay there again.
