Family Trip to Moab UT 5 nights

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location! I do recommend for sure especially if your kids our in there early 20’s and Mid 20’s! Definitely easy to pack and un-pack with the attached garage! Not going to say any more lol we want to keep this gem to ourselves lol!

Everything was fantastic! Place was clean, close to the pool, everything was really nice. Blinds in master were broken, but no biggie, since we didn’t use the master patio. We loved this place and will stay again!

Very easy check in and good communication. We did have issues with sheets/blankets not being clean, so we communicated that to mgmt who seemed genuinely concerned and thanked us for alerting them. The home was well stocked. You will need a car to access Main Street and Moab restaurants, as this home is on the outskirts. Easy check out.

This particular rental has a great garage with bike stand, pump and tools. We like the pool and hot tube for after our rides.

This property in Moab is way better than advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone staying for any length of time.The location itself is just a couple of miles south of downtown Moab which actually seemed ideal to us. No traffic to contend with but only 5-6 minutes away from anything you might want or need.The first very nice amenity is the garage. Not having to bring bikes or anything else through a living room or kitchen is great. If you are a biker, the garage also includes a really nice bike stand with tools and a pump. Not expected, but much appreciated.The kitchen is well equipped and includes my personal fave…an ice maker. The dining area could comfortably seat 6. The living room has a nice size TV and super comfortable couches. The wifi, which unbelievably, can be a huge detriment to a great trip, was super easy to connect to and was smokin fast.The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms followed suit with the downstairs. All excellent. Plenty of room for most families and immaculately clean.There is also a very nice front patio with a table and chairs. And not far from the patio is a community pool and hot tub area that was a great place to be after a hard day at play.All in all we were very pleased with this property. Everything you read about it in the description is spot on or better. Excellent location, excellent amenities and excellent value for the price. One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay!!! Checkin was incredibly prompt, not even one minute early but apart from that an absolutely perfect stay, perfect location! Wonderful views, we could not have asked for a better place to relax during our vacation in Moab!!

Ringing in the New Year

We had a great time at this property. As a family, we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We hiked, watched the snow fall, and enjoyed some great College football and fantastic food. Will stay here again, for sure!

MT to Moab

The property was very clean, convenient, plenty of parking for trailers and trucks, close to town and trails. Quiet location. All the amenities we needed. We were extremely happy with everything.

Nice Getaway

This unit is very nice and well appointed. Even a coffee grinder in the kitchen - nice touch! Being about 10 minutes south of town allowed for a quiet stay, and although we live only 1 1/2 hours away from Moab, it was just nice to get away. Will stay here again! Tom

Great place to stay!

Great location, beautiful views! Great communication. The only negative thing I would say, even though it was a pet friendly property we did find quite a bit of pet hair on the couch cushions and a couple blankets. But other than that everything was great! We would definitely stay again

It is a constant struggle with our pet friendly property but that's also not consistent with our level of cleanliness normally so I will bring it to the attention of our housekeeping team to watch more closely. Great communication before and after our rental. When we had an issue, the problem was resolved quickly. Could use some BBQ tools. Property location was great and close to the pool. We would stay again for sure…

Plenty of space!

Loved having the garage for bikes! Bedrooms were plenty big as were the living and dining areas. All of the bedrooms are up a long flight upstairs so if that is an issue for you, beware. Overall great property.

Great home base in Moab

My parents and I had a great stay here. We were in Moab for 4 days and were very comfortable. This home is sparkling clean and very well maintained. I appreciated the pools & hot tub to relax after long days of hiking and exploring. Kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Having a garage was a huge plus to keep the car out of the hot sun and made packing/unpacking very easy. Thanks for a great trip, I would absolutely stay here again.
