Condo and host communication were both excellent, especially considering the hurricane moving through while we were there. Only issue were the elevators. Crowded, with long waits. 2 elevators weren't working the whole time and one stopped working part of the time we were there.

0 complaints. Everything was perfect. The beds you sit up or down or elevate your legs and such was the icing on top. Big tvs . Plenty dishes. Really clean. 10/10 recommend.

Overall the space was good. The manager replaced a blender that wasn’t working and that was appreciated. Right on the beach and great pool and spa. Nice gym. The biggest gotcha was how close the front door is from the community garbage shoot. We had to plug our noses every time we walked into the room.

Rachel was an amazing point of contact and made sure we were well taken care of. The condo was beautiful as described. So lovely and refreshing, being on the 27th floor and the only thing we really heard was the sweet sound of the ocean. Tidewater employees were welcoming and genuinely kind. We found minimal wait tomes for elevators as well! Will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. The host was easy to reach and always responded quickly. Our only complaint was the elevators. Most of the time it was hard to get up or down due to the amount of workers with buggies occupying them. We would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to even get on. Being on the 27th floor and my husband having recently had knee replacement the stairs were not an option
