Casas de Guadalupe è una piccola enclave di casitas adobe storiche amorevolmente restaurate. 12 casitas situate appena fuori dalla piazza - abbiamo una casa vacanze con una o due camere da letto, ognuna con una pianta unica.

Questa casa vacanza è una delle nostre casitas più popolari. Con due camere da letto e due bagni renderà realtà una vacanza in famiglia! La zona giorno e la cucina si riversano l'una nell'altra facilitando la visita l'una con l'altra. Ha tutti i tocchi autentici: un camino Kiva, piastrelle Saltillo e pavimenti in legno. Ma è stato anche abilmente aggiornato per offrire tutti i comfort moderni, tra cui tv via cavo, cavo, servizio lavanderia, cucina completa, aria condizionata e accesso gratuito a Internet ad alta velocità. Questa casita vanta un ampio patio chiuso ideale per una serata all'aperto in una mite notte d'estate. Abbiamo un parcheggio gratuito in modo da poter parcheggiare l'auto e raggiungere a piedi la piazza in pochi minuti! Tra la piazza e il nuovissimo Railyard, avrai molto da fare!

The casita was comfortable and walking distance from the plaza and many restaurants and several museums. All commumication with the owner was pleasant. Mary Kay notified us that we could check in early since the casita was not occupied before we arrived.

The location of this rental is amazing! If you’re an active walker it will take you 5-7 minutes to get to the square, if you’re not as active probably take you 10! The place is small but adorable! We did a mother daughter weekend and it was perfect because we both had our own bedroom and bathroom! Bathrooms are very small but adequate!Beds were wonderful and the linens were clean and fresh which is an absolute must!Kitchen and living area were comfortable and had all the necessary conveniences. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Would definitely stay here again!

It's a Mixed Review

The casita is well located and has a handful of beneficial aspects; the beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and the kitchen was well stocked. Communicating with the property manager was easy and she was responsive. However, the place needed a deep cleaning and the overall aesthetic was a bit on the dreary side.

Great location

Casita A is a cozy and cute place. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The host, Mary Anne, responded quickly to questions we had prior to the trip. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Santa Fe.

Great location - too small for 4 adults!

It was much smaller than we anticipated for 4 adults - only 2 stools - no place to eat together. Sitting in the living room area was a challenge. The place desperately needs a coat of paint and could have been cleaner.

Edge of town convenience

Perfect (except for the road construction nearby) location to walk to various sites in Santa Fe. No issues with the unit itself (plenty of supplies) but bathrooms could have been a tad brighter. Overall. nice stay for a few nights.

We'd been looking forward to this vacation for months and it got off to a rough start. Host responded quickly prior to trip and during. Once we finally made it to the casita we were able to instantly relax. Lovely little home near downtown, easy to walk to sites and restaurants

Santa Fe Getaway

The property is lovely. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for a morning walk or run. There is a fireplace for chilly mornings or evenings. There is a great porch in front with a table and chairs. It was so easy to get into town and over to the galleries on Canyon Road from this location. We used Uber once, but the rest of the trip was on foot. Mary Ann quickly responded to any inquiries I had along the way. Accessing the lock box was easy with an extra key in the house. The only snafu was somehow I thought we had two twin beds and a queen, not two queens; our reservation was for three people. It must have been another casita I viewed. We found the couch in the living room to be a pull-out-hooray-but unfortunately, it was broken. A note under the couch pillows said not to use as the bed would not fold back up. That was a disappointment. So one of us slept on the unopened couch. Not too comfortable as we get older. The pull-out would have made the sleeping arrangements easier. But overall, a wonderful weekend and casita.Thank you.
