Goditi la tua fetta di paradiso con questo magnifico rifugio in stile ranch. Il layout aperto e l'ampia cucina consentono a un massimo di otto ospiti di distendersi comodamente e rendere questo posto a casa. Sebbene il design degli interni e l'arredamento siano straordinari, il cortile è un santuario appartato con un ampio ponte, grill privato, piscina e vasca idromassaggio! Trascorri un pomeriggio a grigliare alcuni succulenti hamburger e a dividere il tempo tra oziare al sole e fare un tuffo in piscina. Apri qualche bottiglia di vino e osserva i golfisti che passano mentre il sole tramonta per finire la giornata perfetta.

Heron Point di Pete Dye è straordinariamente vicino, poiché puoi vedere i fairway dal tuo cortile! Se vuoi trascorrere una giornata in riva al mare, Sea Pines Beach è un breve giro in bicicletta dove puoi mangiare un boccone al Sewa Pines Beach Club e concederti un po 'di tempo sulla sabbia calda. Inoltre, c'è un ottimo negozio di surf locale nelle vicinanze per fare shopping e attrezzature se necessario. Nice house in Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was clean and the living area is open and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed having the pool to ourselves. It is a bit of a trek to the beach but doable on bikes or driving over and parking. Our granddaughter enjoyed seeing the horses and a trail ride.

Average stay

Our family of six appreciated the spacious layout and plenty of beds. However every mattress was very old and house was not as clean as we’d like. Lots of dog hair on furniture/rugs and dust on furniture. Not terrible but definitely won’t be back.

Family and pet friendly home

We enjoyed the open concept ranch style home. It was spacious with a nice pool area. A short bike ride to the beach and leisure trails were easily accessible. The Vacasa staff was very helpful to address any needs during the week.

Family Stay

Property had a great single floor layout and enough room for a family of six. Very close to the front of the neighborhood which was helpful for running errands, and also right next to the leisure Trail.

Fabulous!!!!!

We had almost all of our 11 kids with us on this stay. The house was absolutely perfect. The fully stocked kitchen helped us save money by cooking our meals. The beds were so comfortable. Plus it's only a 10 minute drive to Coligny Beach. Fabulous house. We will definitely reserved it again.

Sea Side Home

Great location for walking to the beach and access to golf course bike rides in evenings. Pool was a good size but all furniture and linens were a bit tired and worn and not quite adequate for 8 guests.

Great house for the family.

The house is spacious and very accommodating for our family and pets. The kitchen is well supplied. The location is also very convenient to all that Sea Pines has to offer.

Serene Location

this house is tucked away in Sea Pines but so close the hustle of Harbor Town it's a perfect spot. You can easily bike to anywhere in Sea Pines from the many nearby paths. House is quiet and very roomy for a large group or family. Pool is very nice and was greatly enjoyed.

The house is nice and laid out well however, we sawdeferred maintenance- dishwasher broke the first time we used it, some light switches and/or lights don’t work, cracked tile in tub, missing bath drain. It’s doable but not as pleasant as hoped for.

Excellent vacation

The privacy of the home was excellent and having a pool was even better! Plenty of parking, including parking under a carport! Short bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. Lots of space in the den with plenty of seating. Eight chairs at the dining table and 3 barstools. Tons of kitchen items for cooking! The house was wonderful overall and I highly recommend! We had 8 people and 2 small dogs and never felt cramped!

Awesome Home and Location

Location is awesome near stables, garden and beach club. Easy to get to by bike or walking. Pool and home size/layout are fantastic. Pool wasn’t clean or heated when we got there but they came out next day to do both. No beach towels or beach chairs so pack accordingly. Kitchen is well stocked (except no spices or oven mitts). Home could easily fit 8 people or more. Overall, I’d like to give 4.5 stars but system limits it. The few missing pieces just kept me from 5 stars.

Great for family or golf trip

Great layout, comfortable furniture, plenty of bath towels, convenient to the golf clubhouse. I was not expecting a dog-friendly home to be this clean - the kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. Dog hair is visible on furniture and floors, but less so than I expected. The pool was well-maintained but bc it does not get sun in the small front yard where it’s located, it wasn’t warm enough and the mosquitos were too vicious for our group to spend time outside. You need to bike or drive to food, shopping, beach, which is what the listing described. You get plenty of passes for parking/driving in the gated community, but it was a challenge to get everyone through the gates without taking the time to drive and meet them, so I suggest you get clearer instructions from the vacasa office than I did.

Life Saver

I did not book this place, but the place I did book had no heat in the middle of the record cold temps in Hilton Head on Christmas Eve. Vacasa moved us to this house. Overall we liked the house. The beds were nice and the kitchen was stocked well. It is down a very quiet road but not real close to the beach. It is quite dated for such a nice house. The bedspreads are old and very 90s. They need to redo the bathroom. It is a really nice place to stay if you are not too fussy and plan to cook frequently as it is better stocked than most even has a crockpot.

The rear bedroom water was not very warm. The rear bedroom with multiple beds television did not work. You have to be more specific in the process for opening the door with codes. No one said to use the check mark or the asteric in opening door. We spent ten minutes in the dark trying to open the door. Also, the rear patio door was unlocked when we entered the property.

80th bday celebration

The house is nice and comfortable. However, we had several maintenance issues that should have not allowed the house to be rented. The hall bathroom was in the midst of repair and was taped up, mold in the vents and a clogged sink. Master bathroom shower would not drain, main bedroom light did not work. Toilets clogged multiple times. Bedroom tvs did not work. A maintenance man came by but never reported back and did not check back with us. This house should not have been rented in the condition it was in. If those items were fixed the home would be lovely. Too many mosquitos to enjoy the pool or patio. We made it work but will not rent again if managed by this company.

COVID Getaway

Nice location, biking distance to the Private Sea Pines Beach, plenty of room for a family. Family enjoyed the pool, but the bugs were biting. House was nice but starting to show signs of neglect. Grill was disgusting, could not use. I blame this more on the property management company. During our stay maintenance came to fix something with the house, but no notice and zero PPE (Covid-19). I stopped him in the driveway and sent him away. Not sure we would stay here again or not.
