Venite a godervi questa accogliente casa con 3 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni immersa nella foresta marittima dell'isola di Bald Head. Al piano inferiore entrerai in una zona giorno e pranzo a pianta aperta con una grande cucina ben fornita. Fuori dal soggiorno c'è la camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale e un grande bagno annesso con doppio lavandino, vasca da bagno e cabina doccia. Cammina di sopra per trovare una seconda zona soggiorno ideale per l'intrattenimento dei bambini. A destra è una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. A sinistra è una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di bagno indipendente e cabina doccia. Goditi il portico sul retro sedendoti sulle sedie a dondolo con il tuo caffè mattutino o un cocktail al tramonto con vista sulla natura di Bald Head e sul campo da golf. Ci sono 2-4 golf cart per il tuo utilizzo e un abbonamento al club BHI con privilegi di golf è disponibile per un acquisto separato direttamente dal club.

Nice place to stay

Convenient to market and south beach and good for a group with tv area upstairs also. Showers are small.

Great property

My wife and i have stayed on bald head numerous times. This was our first time with our dog and newborn. This property was great, clean located clse to marina and the grocery store

Come Monday was great - very quiet street. Upstairs common room was popular hangout for younger generation. Screen porch was clean and bug free and great place to eat. Would def rent again!

Beautiful and peaceful

This house was perfect for our family of four adults and dogs. The house is in the forest and we found it to be conveniently located to lots! The house was clean and even nicer in person!

Relaxing Vacation spot on BHI

The home was well kept and in order, beautiful decor and well labeled areas in the kitchen. Everything was functioning well, no problems, very comfortable and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at 23 Sabal Palm and would highly recommend

Perfect House for us

We had the best week. Kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. It was also our first time bringing over our old dog and the house was so accommodating. This house was the perfect layout and very cozy for our crew. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

You can stay in and enjoy the cool breeze with doors/windows open. Minutes from everything, but you don’t have to go anywhere.

Paradise in the woods

This place was perfect for our family reunion. Three full baths made everyone happy since nobody likes sharing a bathroom anymore. The screened in back porch was absolutely delightful. I lived out there playing my guitar. Lovely property.

Great stay

Come Monday is a great house. We spent a lot of time on the screened in back porch with the ceiling fans running. The house is situated in the maritime forest which makes it so quiet and peaceful. We saw deer, lots of legless lizards, and many birds. The two golf carts were great and had no issues.

Wedding on BHI

We stayed here for a weekend to attend a family wedding. The house was perfect for 3 couples. The furnishings were superb. I did notice that the kitchen floors could have used some attention in the corners with crumbs found. The back porch could use some cleaning and pressure washing. The golf carts provided need some maintenance since they did not want to hold a charge too long. I can not wait to come back.

The house is spacious and worked well for grooms men lunch and getting ready for photos Outdoor porches need pressure washing too many spiders Inside can use a thorough cleaning, live bugs running around and cobwebs in corners, dead bugs in showers and tubs Dishwasher did not work and one golf cart would not hold charge

We do have 24/hour staff that live on the island, in the future please let us know while you are here and we could have taken care of it for you. we hope that you will come "Sea us" again.

Lovely home with good updates

This was a lovely home that fit the needs of our multigenerational family well. We (my spouse, young children, and in-laws) enjoyed our stay immensely. The home has clearly been recently updated and it shows. Kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of beach towels, sand buckets, etc. Both golf carts worked well although one is clearly older and not as fast as the other. We always love finding a gem of a dog-friendly property and we would certainly come back again!! Location is close enough to the market for all the quick trips my family seems to take to forgotten items or last minute ice cream needs. We got to meet the owner as we were leaving our last morning and that was lovely as well! Very friendly and conscientious!

Nice but...

Ice maker broken, didn't get fixed. Streaming TV cumbersome and incomplete. Both golf carts in poor condition, held together with duct tape, limited range due to poor charging.

We are disappointed to hear this review as we came over immediately to assess the ice maker and reset it. We were not aware it was not working. We would have been happy to bring over bags of ice and walk through television directions. We do touch base during your stay and also did not hear of any cart issues. One is a new used golf cart and both are serviced regularly. We have not had any past issues with poor charging and would have been happy to have a technician take a look to ensure all was running correctly. We are sorry to hear your stay was not as expected and wish we would have had a better opportunity to help.

Good taste, good vibes

A charming house, smartly designed and thoughtfully furnished. Great spaces for the two of us, an adult child taking grad school classes online and our golden retriever. We’ve to been to BHI before but haven’t stayed in the forest area. Come Monday was a great introduction!

Nice updated house on the golf course.

House sits at a great location on the island. Close to the bhi club, shops and the marina. Master bath and bedroom a great size. We sat in the back porch every evening to watch the painted bunting drain the bird feeder:). There is an alligator pond near by which is a plus. Would recommend staying at this house.
