A spacious garden, a large swimming pool, three terraces for convivial meals, you will enjoy cultural walks, hiking, white water or mountain sports (tree climbing, mountain biking, etc.), as well as small producers' markets, less than 20 km away.

- 5 bedrooms with double bed and private shower room (or bathroom), including 2 family rooms with 4 beds.

- a bright winter garden.

- a TV/games lounge.
- a billiards room and table football.
- a swimming pool with a large pool 160cm deep (4x8m) and a children's pool 60cm deep (4x4m).
- as well as a laundry room and its dryer.
- Linen (sheets/towels/pool towels) is provided, and the beds are prepared.

Cats are not allowed, and an additional fee will be added for the presence of a dog.
The house must be returned tidy, but the end-of-stay cleaning is part of an external service.
The owner discreetly ensures the maintenance of the swimming pool (about 30min) in the middle of the stay.

Full refund if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
50% refund if cancelled between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival.
