Den ha 55 "smartTV con DVR; una camera da letto con 42" TV. Questa TV può essere spostata nella veranda. Ampia selezione di film in DVD.
Ampia veranda a 400 SF con ampia vista panoramica sul lago di 50 'e tavolo da pranzo per 8 persone. Il centro della stanza è divano e divanetto; l'altra estremità ha un tavolo PING PONG.
Grande cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici, pentole, padelle, utensili, stoviglie. Il bancone è circondato da una cena con 7 sedie da bar.
Molto da fare nel grande cortile recintato. Set da croquet, ferri di cavallo e cornhole.

If you love peace and a beautiful view on top of the best fishing spot ever for type of fish then this is your spot. The place is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. I love this place so much it’s been my 5th time.

The experience was great. They actually offered to take us out in a boat to. Had a great time playing golf down there played four different courses 20 minutes from the house each one plenty our area to fish in awesome experience.

My family's stay at this property was amazing! Listing was 100% accurate, which is greatly appreciated. The kitchen had everything that we needed and alot more. The host was kind and cared about our experience. That means alot! I would highly recommend this property for anyone needing a very relaxing vacation. I couldn't have gotten better views of the lake.

Our stay was lovely with the house being removed far enough from the lake to spend most of the time on the lawn. The porch, fire pit, and hammock are all so welcoming and relaxing.

Normal practice is to text our guests after check-in to answer any questions and again at the end of stay to thank them and see if there were any problems during the stay. In addition to this practice, there were texts on 2 other days during your 9 day stay. One day to provide info on a new umbrella that had been delivered and the other to respond to your question. We welcome some detail on "clean, but not like clean clean." I'm OCD when it comes to cleaning. We'll definitely check the garbage disposal. We haven't noticed any odors and the current guest haven't either. We can't fix it if we don't know about it so thank you.. Thank you for staying with us. We welcome any suggestions on how we can improve and make your stay more enjoyable. We continue to make improvements and upgrades to the property.

Great place to stay and the hosts were very helpful. Property is as advertised and had everything we needed to have a great, long weekend. We were able to catch a few gar, catfish, and white bass off of the dock at night and had a great time.

We are a recently retired mid-late 60's couple. We always loved the lake, and rented Lake Marion houses with 2 other families 30+ years ago when our children were small. We're not out to make money on the house. We want others to enjoy it as we do, and help us cover the many expenses.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Large lot. Panoramic views of the lake. Sandy bottom swim area, with steps access at the seawall and stairs halfway down the 140' dock where the jetski lift is. Dock to tie your boat up to. One Xmas trees was sunk about 10' off the dock for fish reef.
