Dear Denise, thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at our property. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your patience as we address your concerns. We understand your disappointment with the initial description of the property type. It's important to us that our listings provide accurate and detailed information to help guests make informed decisions. We do our best to include resort or hotel names, special instructions, and comprehensive descriptions so that our guests have a clear understanding of their accommodations. Additionally, a confirmation email with essential details, including the property address, is sent upon booking. Regarding the situation you mentioned about relocation and triple booking, we have conducted a thorough investigation into this matter. Our records show that there was only one reservation received from your end. The hotel, due to unforeseen unavailability, had to make alternative arrangements for your stay. While such situations are exceedingly rare, we deeply regret any disruption caused to your plans. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any confusion or frustration you experienced. We are committed to resolving this matter in a fair and timely manner. Rest assured that a full refund was issued as a gesture of goodwill. Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps us refine our services and prevent future occurrences. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the exceptional experience you deserve. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you for considering us for your stay, and we look forward to the possibility of welcoming you back for an improved experience. Sincerely, Your Leavetown Team
