Non solo questa unità condominiale è stata recentemente ristrutturata, ma anche la hall e l'ingresso al Beacon Manor sono stati ristrutturati. Questo condominio con una camera da letto e un bagno (nuovissimo) ha una cucina completa e una zona soggiorno con due nuovi letti queen-size e materassi. Il condominio ha una grande area per nuotare e un patio per godere di spettacolari tramonti dalla piscina comunale full size. L'ampio patio comprende griglie all'aperto e posti a sedere all'aperto per il divertimento in famiglia. Con sicurezza recintata, questa struttura è ben tenuta con parcheggio coperto, campi da tennis e una lavanderia.

Very relaxing stay!!!

It is a really nice apartment. The view was great. And the beds were comfortable. The location is close enough to downtown without a tedious drive to get there.

The space was just right for 2 people. Small bath area but had all the essentials. Very safe area, like it being gated. Would book it again.

Great place!

We are a family of 4 that stayed here to visit Hot Springs. This place was affordable, clean and a great place to stay. The building is older but really nicely maintained and had an awesome pool area that overlooks lake Hamilton. I would definitely recommend anyone come stay here for their trip!

Weekend getaway

This condo has a beautiful view of the lake and is a perfect location to many favorite spots in Hot Springs.

Mini stopover trip.

Very clean and great location. Only a few minutes away from downtown hot springs. Wish we stayed a bit longer, will have to come back for an extended stay.

Great Stay

The property was clean and checking in was seamless. There was an issue with the door code, but I was able to reach the owner by phone and get into the property quickly. The location was perfect and the kitchen had everything I could have thought of. Overall, great stay!

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful time with relatives and the condo was very clean and was perfect for me and my husband. We visited the state and national parks and they were beautiful. The casino was top notch. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Great condo for a girls trip!

Cute little condo with all the amenities that you need to have an excellent trip! Great location in a gated community. Very clean building and grounds and an awesome view of the lake. Highly recommend!

Great pool and convenient location

This apt was very clean and host was accomodating with great communication. The pool was very nice and location very close to lots of fun things! The only downside was the mattresses were noisy and not so comfortable and the toilet/shower room was very small.

Perfect little Couples Getaway condo

My fiancé and I wanted a quiet place to stay kind of away from the busy part of Hot Springs. This was the place! Nice pool area. Random seating areas around the lake. Still close enough to everything of convenience. It was perfect for us! It was very clean and well stocked with towels and had any kitchenware you could possibly need.

Sufficient Accommodations

This property was close in proximity to our extended family staying in a separate Lakehouse. The strong smell of cologne/air freshener was an overwhelming as we entered the property. It seemed to mask an underlying smell. A few towels and a blanket smelled a bit stale. Overall, it was clean, safe and provided a convenient stay.

Hot Springs Getaway

The property was great, especially for the price. The only negative thing I could say is that there was no water in the community pool. Which is not the listers fault. The communication from the property was great. The accommodations were exactly as described and pictured. The location was right on Lake Hamilton and only 10 min from downtown Hot Springs. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within 2-5 min. Great little spot to stay if you don’t want to be in downtown Hot Springs. We had a great view of the lake and the mountains in the distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little place!

My kids and I were very pleased with our stay here at Beacon Manor. I relied heavily on ratings/feedback when I was choosing a condo (which is why I am leaving this review to help others) and I would definitely stay here again! Also I have already recommended to family and friends. (Only one semi-negative comment I have regarding the building is the "gym" is not very functional. Most of the equipment was broken and everything was basically on top of each other) But overall, I rate our stay a 10/10!

Very Nice

We really enjoyed our stay here, the condo was very clean and decorated really Great. The screened in balcony was really nice and the grounds were immaculate. The only downside was the shower/toilet area, was very small, awkward and had to put showering necessities on the floor. Maybe add a celling fan to living area. Other than check in because our code didn't work, really frustrated my husband, we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and Comfortable

If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place, with a very responsive host and easy get-in & get-out directions, this is your place! Host responded within minutes when I had a question, the details for entering the property and condo were very easy to understand, and the check-out process was not a burden. I have stayed at other places where they asked you to do an unreasonable amount of cleaning and work before you left, but this place was easy. Basically, don't leave a mess and she is happy. The beds were soft (as were the bath towels), the kitchen appliances nice and easy to use, and the shower was very nice! Will definitely book again!

Beautiful Oasis 8 stories high

The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The lake theme throughout was beautiful. There was plenty of coffee, kitchen utensils, towels and linens. Having extra pillows & blankets were perfect for both of us to snuggle up in at bedtime. I have a few suggestions: tighten the toilet to the floor as it rocked every time we used it and have a small shelf or something in the shower to place bath supplies (shampoo, soap, razor, etc.). Thank you thank you for a wonderful stay. I know others will enjoy your hospitality.

Wonderful place.

I am a grandmother who took my 10 year old and 16 year old here during spring break. It was perfect. The things we love:1. Gated community- felt very safe 2.communication during the process 3.the coding system and keyfob perfectly explained 4. Very clean and well stocked 5. The boys loved the game room/work out room. 6. the lake view from the balcony 7. Location is very good to access downtown and restaurants 8. A nice outdoor pool that we will enjoy in warmer weather 9. Very clean, attractive grounds and the price is excellent. We will stay again in the future.

Spring Break

This was our first VRBO experience, and we are glad it happened here! Overall the stay was great! We felt right at home when we walked in the door. Comfortable furniture, very clean and tidy spaces. We LOVED the pillows, getting our own when we get home! Our only sad faces came in the forms of personal preference. Traveling with a child, at night we like to watch different things on T.V. so a T.V. in the bedroom would be nice. Additionally, we like cooking so a better variety of cookware and utensils might help those people who like to do the same. We will be back on our next trip to Hot Springs! Thank you so much!
