Wonderful property that looks better in person than online. Needs a few repairs; owner is aware and working on it.Great location for exploring the Arkansas River basin.

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very communicative and the check-in / check-out process was a breeze. The location was incredible with easy access to downtown and collegiate peaks golf course. The house had everything we needed and we absolutely loved that the back porch was right on the creek. I highly recommend this place and hope to have the pleasure of staying there another time in the future.

Although the house was very clean and comfortable there were some disappointments. We arrived on a rainy 45 degree day to no heat. After about 2 hours and multiple communications with the hosts we were able to turn on the gas fireplace. The listing is definitely misleading. It is indeed on the creek side but it is surrounded by other houses -some of which are pretty junky and it is on such a busy road that the traffic noise often drowns out the sound of the creek. There is a Mountain View but you have to work to see it off the edge of the deck. It definitely wasn’t the peaceful location that we expected. The inside of the house was comfortable but we’ve never stayed in a Vrbo before that had a kitchen so poorly stocked. We didn’t even have a salt shaker- just two disposable pepper shakers. The listing also says there is a game room which there clearly wasn’t. There weren’t even any games or other activities provided.

We had such a great stay at this perfect spot in Buena Vista. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the creek. Julie is a great and attentive host, and it was an easy stay in general. We can't wait to come back!!

Second time staying at this home. I would definitely stay there again. Deck with the creek is awesome. House is close to town and all outdoor activities. Owners are great to work with.

Beautiful house inside.. decorated to extreme and nice hardwood floors and beautiful countertops in kitchen and bathrooms… very nice showers! Great amenities and very comfortable!

The Host was very responsive to all of our questions and to our suggestions. We especially appreciated having a king size bed.The kitchen was well equipped, and there were lots of paper products available. We stayed in the winter so did not get to enjoy the creek out back, but nice to see the rushing water. You can't beat the location.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Loved the outside with creek, the kitchen was fully stocked. We didn't need anything. Beds were comfortable and it was super close to Main street
