It's very nice place for a couple! The host responds very quick and there's lots of parking space. It's clean and close to everything we wanted to do. The loft bed is so comfy and the kitchen is fairly large. It was very nice for our week getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the tiny house! It was centrally located to most everything we wanted to do (the zoo, coffee shops, stores, food) which was nice. Having a kitchen, dishwasher, and washer and dryer the soap for it all was also nice. The tiny house is perfect for a little getaway! We 10/10 recommend.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and quaint. We were expecting something smaller given the title but the space is amble for two to four people to enjoy as a comfortable place to lodge while exploring a number of places in Omaha that are in close proximity.

My husband and I loved our tiny house stay! It was located in a quiet neighborhood, well-maintained, clean, affordable, literally like 10 minutes from every place we visited and the owner was incredibly nice. He also had YouTube videos to help make our check-in and stay easy peasy. We also loved sleeping in the loft area as it was so different from our boring bedroom at home. I told my hubs we know need a spiral staircase to a secret nook! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Very clean property. Our stay was very quiet and had no outside noises within the neighborhood. There was a glitch in the automatic message that did not send us our access code, but the host was very quick to respond and had excellent communication throughout the booking process and stay. We definitely recommend this property.

Ruben was very helpful and always responded quickly. We had no issues with our stay and it was very close to the zoo which was nice. The house is cute and cozy. It does get pretty hot, but we were able to turn the temperature down and there are fans available so we were very comfortable.

We had a great time at the Tiny House! Such a fun spot for a friend’s weekend and was in a nice spot to get to local attractions like the zoo while also being close enough to a grocery store without feeling like you’re in the middle of a big city.

We’re an active family that loves spending time outdoors; whether it’s at local parks, walking to Elmwood Park near Happy Hollow, or enjoying Omaha’s great trail, and park system.

In the summer, we’re often at the pool, and in the winter we make the most of the season with snowboarding and outdoor activities. We also enjoy staying active year-round with sports like baseball and basketball, along with regular gym time. Sundays are for church and family time, often spent with grandparents.

We also like to “snowbird” for a couple of months each year to explore new places and recharge.

We genuinely enjoy hosting, whether it’s saying hello, sharing local tips, or simply making sure you have a smooth and comfortable stay.

We love this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds: quiet, residential charm while being close to everything.

You’re just minutes from Blackstone, Aksarben, and the interstate, making it easy to get anywhere in Omaha within about 20 minutes.

There are also great walking trails nearby and a strong sense of traditional neighborhood living, calm, welcoming, and unpretentious.
