Our 4-women group loved this property! Being so close to so many beach amenities like Balboa pier, ferry, and even the frozen banana wrapped up our stay with smiles. Impressed with the cleanliness, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms made our stay comforting. Hoping to stay here again soon.

We had a great time in this rental! It’s the perfect location by the boardwalk and beach. The host was very responsive to all of our questions and the rental was the perfect space for our weekend.

We had an amazing week. Can’t beat the location and the ground floor of the house with patio access had everything we needed! I dreamed of sipping wine on the patio and enjoying the sunrise and sunset with my family and my dream came true. Ann was an exceptional host and was immediately responsive to our requests. We would come back again in a heartbeat!

We loved staying here. Right on the beach. Loved sitting on the front porch. Perfect spot. Loved the location. Beautiful view. Parking for our car. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Host was extremely helpful.

Perfect location, the most comfortable beds, and Ann went out of her way to help us during a medical interruption of our stay. Definite 10*, and would love to stay again in the future.

Great location & value

Four siblings reunion--all seniors 79. We have stayed here before and plan to do so again in 2027. Fun patio on the boardwalk--perfect for eating, drinking and people watching!

We love this beach house!

This was our second time staying at the property and our family absolutely loves it. Our children ask to go back all the time. The location is perfect and walkable to do many places. The beds are very comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need!
