This is the perfect place to stay in Savannah! Walkable to literally anything very quiet nice neighborhood. Street parking available & very convenient. The property is well kept & very cute & cozy.

Easy check in, cute little place and worked out great. Outside back area could use some tlc, and was a little warm up in the loft/ sleeping area at night. But overall a good location and was nice. 3.5/5

The place was very quaint and cozy. It was just outside of the full tourist chaos, but close enough to walk to anywhere we needed to go. The cottage was spacious and welcoming. The back patio was nice, but did need a little cleaning up, very full of leaves welcoming the unwanted mosquitos. The kitchen was just enough for us to cook a meal when we didn’t want to go out, but would recommend having tongs as utensils. We had no problems with lighting in the house, which we had read from previous reviews as an issue. We would definitely choose this place to stay again.

The property was just the right size for my husband and I and our dogs. The street parking was great. Make sure you read the signs as they do street cleaning and if you are parked on that side of the street, you will get a ticket.The location was great; we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

Location is perfect to experience historic downtown Savannah. Home was unique and very clean. Lucky Savannah is very responsive and will take care of any issues right away. I look forward to staying again. Highly recommend

There were a lot of shops and restaurants as well as a dog within walking distance! Great excuse to get out and get moving

Magnolia cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed there. And absolutely love it! Great place to stay. It’s a 20 minute walk from just about anything you could want to do in Savannah. We’re planning our next trip already and going to stay there again for the third time. Highly recommend.

Walkable to everything

Within 15 to 20 minutes walk to everything , if you have a dog there is a dog park basically a block away .

Great rental in a great neighborhood

This rental is in Savannah’s historic district with beautiful scenery and easy access to lots of restaurants, shops, nightlife. Also very close to the riverfront. So much to do and see in a smaller radius, which was great if you like to walk.

Great Couples Getaway Spot

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend! It was a perfect, quiet little neighborhood. The house is adorable! Close enough to walk if you wanted or a really quick drive to restaurants, shops, nightlife, & history tours! We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the place, though it has many quirks and required adjustments. Only two matter: 1. I'm less than 6' tall, but the bedroom ceiling makes it impossible to stand up straight next to the bed on one side. I hit my head several times on the ceiling, getting in an out of bed.2. The stairs to the bedroom are slightly steeper and narrower than average, and they are painted dark brown. I mistook the last step before the landing for the landing itself, in the middle of the night, and fell. Fortunately, I'm in good shape and caught myself.

Awesome in Savannah

Everything was as advertised. Great location, we could walk to all attractions and a lot of restaurants. Easy parking. Good communication with host. Cottage is lovely and well maintained. Overall great stay in the historic district and beautiful Savannah.

Cozy cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great experience for a brief anniversary getaway. No complaints. There was a brief issue with the thermostat but the property management team responded very promptly and quickly resolved the issue.

I am giving you my honest assessment. Overall the place was comfortable and had everything we needed. A few things could have been better. Bedroom and bathroom were not on the same level making nighttime trips to the bathroom risky as there are 10 stairs down, which are painted black so that missing the last step was something both of us did. When the stove was turned on the smell of gas was strong, so we didn't use the stove. The bedroom was quite warm compared to the lower floor and the slipping roof was a bit too low over the bed. The mattress was quiet with and it was uncomfortable sleeping in the divot. The back yard was quaint, but there were 3 large planters with standing water and mosquitos. They should be removed or properly planted to prevent standing water. Location was excellent, making evening walks in the area very pleasant.

New Years Getaway

This is an exceptionally clean cozy home located close to food and entertainment. The home has everything you need to make the stay very comfortable. The proterty managers were very responsive. The home also has a wonderful collection of books. We definitely recommend this lovely property!
