The condo was very clean and stocked well with kitchen utensils as well as laundry detergent etc. I liked the fact there wasn’t a shortage of bath towels, wash clothes or hand towels. The neighborhood felt safe and it was close to everything we wanted to do while visiting. Definitely would book again.

Very nice condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the riverfront and downtown. Also, you could get to most places easily from the condo's location.

Great cozy apartment! Easy access to all the Chattanooga attractions. Simple parking and nicely stocked kitchen utensils. Good coffee maker!

The property was clean and in a good location. Communication with the property owner was sufficient. The property is listed as a 3 bedroom, but there are only two bedrooms. If you filter your search results for 3 bedrooms this property came up and I was not aware you had to look at the descriptions of each room. The living room is listed as a bedroom because it has a sleeper sofa. Apparently VRBO is fine with this, which is crazy to me. Without an actual third bedroom the stay was complicated for us with our kids. The property owner offered a small refund.

Well-appointed and very comfortable condo. The furniture is very comfortable, and the living area is spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Host was responsive and kept us informed regarding the check in process. Location is nice, especially if like us, you enjoy a nice walk along the river. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable, good location. Close enough to walk places, far enough to avoid the crowds and parking hassles! Master mattress is due for a replacement, but overall pleased and would book again.

The unit was located in a convenient and was situated near the river. The unit was clean and the kitchen well-stocked with all of the typical appliances and included dishes, utensils, glasseware, etc as well as a washer and dryer. As we got out and explored the area we were pleased to find a Publix Supermarket six or seven minutes away as well as a Walmart Supercenter about 15 minutes away. There are restaurants galore around the area and also if you’re willing to drive and explore, there are restaurants around the perimeter. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time away from home.

We visited the Aquarium, Rock City, and Coolidge Park. This was a lovely place to stay and has restaurants within walking distance. It was a nice place to stay.

The location is very good. Walkable to the aquarium and some events on the riverfront. And the Riverwalk is just a few blocks away.There were a few issues with cleaning inside, but the host responded quickly.Some other guest mentioned all of the entry passes you need - one for the building, your door, and the gym/pool. Scribble the #s down so you don't need your phone.For me, I like dark. If you do too you may want eye mask - blinds don't do it. And because it's on a busy road it can be noisy at night.

This unit was extremely clean and exactly how it is pictured. Very convenient to the aquarium, kids museum and restaurants. The only reason we didn’t give it a 5 was because the pool was super small and we couldn’t use it one day as it was way too crowded. The other reason was due to access to getting in and out of the building and condo. Two different long digit codes made it a little difficult. Overall, it’s a great place.

While the pool size and occasional crowding are managed by the condominium association, we understand how that could impact your stay. The building’s entry system is designed for guest security, and we realize using two access codes can take a little getting used to. This condo was perfectly located for our graduation weekend with our daughter. So clean, everything we needed, more than enough space for our family. One thing to note, the VERY NICE sofa in the living room area is a pull out queen! Woot! That’s the third bedroom noted in the description.Fantastic place! DEFINITELY would stay there again for a fun trip to a super fun town.

This condo was exactly was described. Location was great to downtown, and the restaurant across the street was perfect! Communication with the host was exceptional. There was an incident with a tenant that lived in the building where the pool was located, but after speaking with a host it seems as if it is a reoccurring problem with this tenant and he just doesn't care for the condo sharing facilities. However, I would definitely book and stay here again.
