It was so nice having the different decks to sit out on and watch the ocean. Love the location, hardly anyone on the beach especially during the week! The master bedroom was nice and big, love that everyone gets their own bathroom, that was a big plus! Pet’s loved staying with us and loved walking on the beach, outside shower perfect for rinsing sand off their paws!

Overall wonderful stay—loved the layout!We really enjoyed our week here. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bedroom-to-bathroom ratio is perfect for group trips and made our stay extra comfortable. The host was fantastic to communicate with and very proactive whenever we reached out. The only downside was the pool draining each night and losing clarity/turning green. Beyond that, it was a great stay.

Ocean view was amazing. We had trouble with a rattlesnake in the parking area under the home that had old appliances stashed in there. The house smelled awful which I’m convinced they knew bc there were several empty wall plug ins to help with smell. House was older than picture suggest with floor being very soft in front of windows etc. outside lights around the pool area did not work, we didn’t have a porch light on the main landing area, husband found an old fixture in the parking area and removed the flood light from it to put outside by the stairs so we would at least have light coming and going. The location is about 21 miles from the pier and sea wall, so it’s not as close as we thought to town. Overall I give it a 2/5 just because I spent a lot on this home for 3 days and it really wasn’t as nice as the pictures portray. Ehhh

Location, location, location! This property was so perfect for our family, with the private beach access plus the personal pool! We were pleasantly surprised to find a toy box by the pool of pool floats and beach/sand toys. Worth noting- we wish the fridge had a water dispenser/ice machine as we went through lots of bottled water and bags of ice. I LOVE that they said if we had leftover unopened food/drinks, they would donate to the local food bank! We ran into a leaky shower but the hosts were very quick to send someone to fix. The hosts were very communicative and we had a fantastic week at the beach.

The location is outstanding, on beach beautiful views. The house is in need of a lot maintenance. The outside lights do not work, electric plugs in dining area do not work, the refrigerator does not work, the dishwasher and dryer stopped working. It took 3 trips and 3 days for maintenance to fix a toilet. Needs a good overhaul. The host was not responsive about refrigerator. It was never repaired during entire stay despite of daily calls to check on status.

The house was on a very quiet part of the beach with great access from the private boardwalk. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 12 a young infant. It was great to have the 3 car garage for our use as well as a washer and dryer. We made wonderful family memories. ( it was too cool to use the pool but would have been nice).

Beautiful stay, on the beach. Really can’t beat it. Did have some issues with the dishwasher and dryer not working so had to hand wash the dishes and come home with a bag full of wet clothes sadly. Large area of sewer is standing between the two houses which smells awful but that isn’t the owner of the houses fault. Over all would come back, would just hope the dryer and dishwasher would be fixed! Also love that it is pet friendly.
