Beautiful cabin, great ambiance and wonderful layout. Loved that it was close to Gatlinburg but far away enough to feel like you were getting away. The shops in the area were fun to explore and check out. However floors were absolutely dirty upon arrival, the downstairs bathroom had fleas or spring tails (never confirmed), and where the carpet met the hard flooring staples were sticking up and poking our feet. Communication was amazing. The host worked quickly to get pet control out in a timely manner. All in all, it was a good stay but I don’t know if I’d book this cabin again.

First impressions seemed ok. Refrigerator was rusty and I found fleas on my legs 4 times while in the basement around the pool table and the living room coffee table. Beds were sub par for the cost as well. The place seems to have a moisture issue as the windows all collected moisture on the inside after turning on the heat.

When we first got there was a mildew oder. We found the stair case was wet. When we called they said they will send someone out. They came out after noon the next day. There was dead mosquitoes in some drawers and some floors in bedrooms. The TV did not work in the top floor bedroom or the middle floor bedroom. Could have done a little more dusting. The maintenance man that came out was very nice and very informative of the bears and the place itself. The mattresses were hard so sleeping was a little hard to do.We had a good time in Tennessee there is a lot to do in Gatlinburg.

Overall, nice spot !

Nice little spot tucked away on the back side of Gatlinburg. Just far enough away. Parking is tight!!! Overall, nice trip for our family and friends.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

My family and I rented this cabin as it was 9 of us traveling. We did pay an extra night to use for check in as we were driving from South Florida but it was a beautiful neighborhood. Very close to pigeon forge and downtown gatlinburg

Getaway in the woods

My daughter did a destination wedding in Gatlinburg. This cabin was used by the parents, two uncles, and two aunts. The three bedrooms were a perfect fit. The cabin was convenient to all venues and just a few minutes from town. The property manager was easy to contact and they answered all questions quickly.

Gatlinburg work stay/dance nationals

We enjoyed ourselves and the property was great for what we needed. The check in process was stressful. The code that was sent was incorrect, called for new code, still incorrect but got it resolved within 20 minutes.

Overall, cabin is good but description clearly it does not say what type of grill the cabin has. Utensils are not clean enough. I hope they correct these mistakes in the future.

Beautiful cabin

It is a beautiful home and it was very easy to contact the property host. Unfortunately the jets in the master tub were not functional for the duration of my stay, which was a bummer. And the outside property behind the cabin was littered with cans. Overall, it was an excellent visit though.

We had 4 bears visit very cool. Furniture needs up dated .The last day air didnt work right but we had agood time. Need new toaster and que sticks.

Things to do better.

The hot tub was not working when we arrived, did fix pretty quick but we lost a day of using it because it had to heat up overnight. 3rd parking space is not marked and neighbor thought it was theirs. Not enough towels. No sheets for foldout couch beds, temperature got very warm and air was not cooling it off. Overall not a bad experience but these are things that should have been taken. Are of before we arrived and had to ask for them.

Loved it and will stay again!

This was a perfect place to rent it was close enough to everything but far away from everything. I do have a few complaints is we could never get the tv on to regular satellite tv so we had to was Netflix or youtube and if it sleeps 10 only 4 could watch tv at a time unless you watched from kitchen table. They also need a recliner or something. The kitchen stove was as cute as could be but they need to turn on the self cleaning oven and clean it. The down stairs s.elt like someone either pee on carpet or someone snuck in there with a dog! The hot tub didn't bubble up with power jets but felt good. My daughter and new husband got in jacuzzi and jets did work. Found something in the vent that looked like dog hair or something, I cleaned and took pictures of everything so they can't say I did it. The ants was aggravating but I guess that's to be expected. I know it sounds like a lot but I would go back and I give it a 9 out of 10. Thank you for letting us enjoy you cabin. Oh yeah you need a full length mirror.

Nice Gatlinburg cabin

Pretty accurate compared to photos. Lots of sleeping space. The kitchen was moderately equipped -- enough pots and pans but not enough silverware. And the silverware was all odds and ends which may not bother some people but when I'm paying $2500+, it would be nice to have a matching set of cutlery. Hot tub was good but not great heat-wise. Jets were all good. Living room has only the sofa and one chair -- not enough when sleeping 10 people or have friends over. Kitchen table chairs are hard and benches are hard. Again, not comfy. No view of the mountains but the woods are pretty. On the plus side, lots of towels, beds were OK comfort-wise, porch was nice to sit out on. TV is huge with lots of channels. Nice to be outside the traffic of Gatlinburg but close enough to get there in 10 minutes. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby.

The cabin was dirty bedding in pullout couch was full of urine

The cabin was dirty. The pull out couch had urine all over it. none of the beds had mattress protection on them. It was gross. Toenail on the night stand in bedroom. The hot tub was dirty could not use. Could not use the jacuzzi due to the hot water was not adequate enough to fill properly. We had seven people in the cabin. The hot water heater would not even allow 2 people to take short showers without it running cold. A lot of miss information The company is only going to give a 10% discount on next stay. Beware. I have never given a bad review. We have always used Vrbo I probably will not use them again if I can’t trust them. I do have pictures
