Everything was perfect! We had troubles getting in because I can’t read the code right! We called them and they had us in, in 30 seconds. The entire facility is so clean. Absolutely everyone that worked there was so nice. Will go back!

When we got to the room you can push the door open without using the code. Finally got someone to fix it. A/C quit working, couldn't get in touch with anyone to have it fixed! We NEVER got to the beach! Raining, cloudy then hurricane hit!Both sliding doors screamed like a train whistle from the wind!We aren't happy!

The resort itself was great. Nice pools a wonderful restaurant on site with really great food and live music. Kids loved the arcade and sno cones and ice cream. But the elevators are terrible. It’s the worst i have ever experienced anywhere. Waiting 45 minutes for one with 2 four year olds is a little much. With resort that big it should not take that long. I have been staying at places for 30 years and i have never waited that long on elevators. I was so turned off with the resort for this reason

Great stay

The elevators you have to have patience but the one cloest by itself works the best. Definitely will stay again. Enjoyed the mixture of people and beautiful sight from this floor.

A nice relaxing getaway

The condo was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view. The property is good and the employees were friendly and helpful. The location is close to Pier Park.

Great location and view

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beach access was easy, it was a great location, beautiful view , clean unit, had great communication with rental company. The only issues were the elevators took some time to get on one and neither hot tub was hot (one’s jets were not working either). Would stay again!

Perfect Location

This location was perfect for a family on spring break. Lots of families, very few college kids. The unit was spacious with incredible views. Probably could use a tad bit of updating but overall we would definitely go back.

July 4th Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay OTHER THAN the elevators. The wait time was TERRIBLE. Unfortunately, we will not be back due to the elevators. Hopefully they will fix this issue in the future.

Loved our stay in 2115

The condo was just as described, and very clean (coffee pot was a little too clean as my first cup of coffee tasted like cleaner, but a super easy fix-and gave me an excuse to get Starbucks from the shop downstairs) Elevators were slow, but I have never been anywhere that they were not, and RealJoy has no control over that—and it did not take away from our stay or our room. We travel the panhandle a lot and will definitely use RealJoy again for our future rentals in the areas they cover.

Always Waiting and not enough.

The location was astounding, staff were wonderful and the condo was exceptional only because of the Balcony view. There’s not adequate elevators or pool/hot tub space for the amount of people that are there during a busy time.
