Love Miramar Beach, Condo ok

Have been coming to Miramar beach for years and have stayed a variety of places. This condo was just ok. Furniture was very dated with plastic covers. Carpet needs replaced. Definitely need to include more blankets, kitchen items and beach items. We had to buy our own dish soap, paper towels, additional toilet paper. If you're traveling by air from out of town, you don't bring chairs, etc. with you. Other places I've stayed have included a small supply of beach amenities.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to there not being more supplies available. It is the decision of the owner to provide beach chairs and umbrellas or pay for beach service as a perk. Beach items are not listed as an amenity for this unit. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping only provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dish detergent. Guests must provide any additional supplies needed for/during their stay. We would have been more than happy to bring more blankets and kitchen items had we been made aware during your stay. We will forward your comment regarding the carpet to property managers. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

Great family vacation

We had a great time and the place was beautiful. It was just as the photos show. The view of the beach is gorgeous! The kitchen had everything we needed. Big closets. Lots of storage for clothes. Very nice bathrooms. Thanks for a great vacation for our family!

The unit was nicely equipped however needs updating compared to other units we have rented. Eliminate the carpet for example

Unit was nice. Couch and loveseat show wear, hide a bed is in bad shape. Overall the unit was great.

We definitely enjoyed our stay and will stay at Seascapes again!

Great beach trip.

Comfortable condo near the beach. We enjoyed watching 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. Spacious parking lot. Condo was clean. Easy access to the beach.

Great Location and Views

Easy access to beach, nicely furnished, large balcony. Views from both sides of unit and bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Wonderful visit

The Condo was beautiful and the proximaty to the beach was great. I was especially impressed when we had an A/C issue and it was handled quickly and without hindering our stay. A great time was had by all!!!
