Close to 98 & shops & dining. A bit of a walk to the beach though. Nice property for the price, plenty of space. Did encounter bugs on 2 different days. Other than that the place is a good place to stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. With beaches close and plenty of attractions close in proximity, This is a great location.

The place was amazing! Cant beat the view from the balconies at night. It made our vacation extremely comfortable. Location is great, really nothing bad to say at all, ill book again next time im in the area!

We loved the property but the only issues was they have an iron that that is roasted and temperature not well regulated that burnt my clothes, and I reach out to make a complaint but nobody has responded or replied me for more than 2 weeks now. Their TV’s are very hard to manipulate with no clean manual instructions. Other tank that everything went well and we love the fact that the property is only 2 minutes walk to the Osten beach.

Beach Trip

Not Clean

Location is wonderful, but the place simply wasn’t very clean. Floors were sticky, found roaches in multiple rooms, and had to leave the property half way through our stay and find a hotel. Property management refunded my cleaning fee but did not credit me for the nights remaining after I left.

Overall Really Great Stay, But Not The Cleanest

Loved the big open rooms upstairs and the outdoor decks on both sides with views of the dunes and the harbor. Exactly as pictured, and had a great stay overall. The only downside was the level of clean, comfort, and care put into the place. There was still sand when we arrived, and the bottom of our feet were dirty from walking around after check in. Came across some clumps of hair left on the towels from the dryer, which also were a little stiff and thin. Toilet paper too. The blinds were all a bit wonky, and the handle to the sliding glass door was lying on a table outside. Nothing that couldn’t be overlooked, but if feeling clean and cozy is important to you, not the most ideal choice.

10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend

Needs a good cleaning, floors were nasty. Furniture was heavily stained. Fridge/freezer didn’t work, had to bring in a used one…13 hours later, our food went bad. The air didn’t work, took 20 hours to get it fixed, it was 88° in the unit. The short walk to the public beach is actually a quarter mile across the dunes, and we couldn’t use the area, we were told it was private for a beach club that the guests were boated in. OKAY. More walking to set up. Someone called and said my car was towed, that it was $87 to get out. Packed up and walked back, it indeed wasn’t my car! I appreciate that they fixed everything but, somehow the ball was dropped and we suffered the consequences.

Amanda, We are sorry that you experienced so many issues during your stay. In reviewing your reservation, we can see that both the refrigerator and the A/C went out. We understand how frustrating it would be to start your vacation this way and we are truly sorry. This is not the experience we wish to provide. Our records indicate that the A/C was fixed and a new refrigerator was delivered to you less than 24 hours after your bringing these issues to our attention. We would like you to know that the owner has purchased a new refrigerator. The beach is just steps away from this unit so we do not understand why you had difficulty accessing the beach. While your vacation did get off to a rough start, we hope the remainder was pleasant and you had a safe trip home.

Fun in the sun.

Property was fine for our group of seven. Could use some minor updates but overall very satisfied. Parking was inconvenient, but we did know it was going to be a problem because we had 3 cars.

Great Getaway!

Our unit had a great view of the harbor from the living room and front/back decks. Overall, it was nice and suited our needs for a long weekend- getaway. Location is close to beach and shops. I would stay there again!
