The property was lovely, renovated very nicely. The back deck got both morning and afternoon sunshine. Although on a busy street, it seems to have excellent window/insulation to block almost all of the street and people noise overnight. Be aware the steps to reach the property both outside and inside are steep.All in all we had a fantastic 4 days.

This property was perfect for our trip. The unit was clean, charming, and loaded with all the amenities we could’ve asked for. It’s ideally situated in a terrific and bustling neighborhood. Very walkable to other parts of Montreal, several parks, and some of the best shopping, dining, imbibing, and nightlife we could have imagined. 10/10.

I just spent four nights here with six girlfriends. We had an amazing time! The space was perfect for sharing and hanging out without being too cramped. It’s an excellent location within walking distance to great neighborhoods and the metro station. We were happily surprised how quiet it was at night. There was one small issue with a toilet but the host responded and had it fixed in a few hours. The stairs were only a challenge with our luggage but we managed fine. Would stay here again. Recommend!

Our family reunion was fantastic and this apartment was a major reason why. The apartment was so well stocked. We cooked a few nights, used the umbrellas, and had plenty of room for our 3 grandkids to run around. The neighborhood had coffee shops, bakeries, several pedestrian streets closed traffic, excellent restaurants, and lovely little parks for the kids(22 months and 5). Frédérique was very responsive with a few small issues we had and made sure everything was handled swiftly and efficiently. Can’t recommend this place high enough.

The apartment was well located, easy to find, and spacious. It very comfortably held our family of five. The kitchen was well provisioned. The bedding quality was adequate, but not great and the shower curtain liner was torn upon arrival, but these details were minor. When we return to Montreal we will certainly stay again.

The perfect place

We had a really wonderful stay at this FAB rental! Spacious, well stocked kitchen, comfortable couches, large terrace, easy check-in process, great communication with the hosts, and a fantastic neighborhood made our visit perfect.

Fantastic stay!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! The check-in process was seamless, and the hosts were accessible throughout the weekend. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well decorated. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone staying in Montreal with a group.

Loved the apartment. Perfect location

There were 11 adults and everyone was very comfortable. We loved the showers , the deck where we ate every morning. And we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. Would definitely stay there again.
