Girls trip

Clean, homey, so comfortable, beautiful, short walk to town. We loved staying here and would rent again. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect Home for Family

Fantastic home. Well-stocked kitchen and home with everything we needed. Wonderful place for a family stay. Quiet and secluded but just a short walk to town and the beach.

This was an absolutely beautiful home for our Door County family vacation! Spacious and tasteful decor, incredibly good mattresses, and a fully-equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the bikes and helmets that were available, and enjoyed the wooded surroundings (we were visited by a family of deer several times!). Our host was a lovely communicator and any question we had was quickly answered. It was a great place to stay!

Beautiful home!

The home is very spacious and has everything you could need. Super clean too. Great central location to everything in Door County. Really, really loved the home. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy home, great location

This is a beautifully renovated, historic home on the “quiet side” of Door County. Great location, close to everything while still feeling private and secluded. Cozy and quaint, but still had plenty of room for the whole family. The owner/host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Loved this historic cabin in the woods!

Perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not one complaint it was lovely and served our vacation plans with our family in the best way. Also bonus was meeting the owner at Cave Point. Would love to return in fall or winter! Thank you for opening your home and letting others enjoy it!!

Family visit to Door County

We planned a stay with my husband, me, and my parents to Door County. Your home was absolutely everything we could have asked for! Peaceful, beautiful, comfortable and so close to all the towns and adventures we wanted to do. Seeing deer and turkeys outside was a major bonus. Thank you for a really fantastic place for us to make some great memories!

A beautiful home in the woods

Our family felt at home the minute we walked into this beautiful house. The view of the surrounding woods is gorgeous, every room has lovely art and charming decor, and the kitchen is a gourmet's delight! Everything was super clean and we found everything we needed for our stay. The owner responded quickly and helpfully to all communications, and took obvious efforts to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this property!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this cabin! It was spotless from top to bottom, and you could tell the hosts truly care about creating a warm, welcoming, and extremely comfortable experience. Communication was excellent—quick, clear, and friendly. The cabin itself was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, and situated on a quiet/peaceful property yet very accessible to everything you’d want to explore anywhere in Door County (e.g., hiking at Cave Point, bike rentals at Peninsula State Park, traditional fish boil in Ephraim, etc). We left with wonderful memories of a weekend we’ll cherish forever. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!

Lovely house in the woods

This is a lovely home that combines a new addition with the old log cabin. The kitchen is very well stocked, the family room is cozy and the screen porch was homey. Beds were all comfortable. Easy half mile walk to the lake that has a beach to stroll. Fifteen minute drive to Egg Harbor. 10 minute drive to the awesome Cave Point County Park that has some beautiful views.

family trip to door county

We enjoyed Erika's home very much. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The cabin was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of hot water. It was hot when we were there and the AC ran very well. The cabin has a nice fire pit with plenty of wood to use that we enjoyed. It is in a very quiet area, so we all slept well.On Tuesdays, just a short walk from the cabin is a great Farmer's market. There is a beach there also that we were able to launch our kayak from. It was nice being on the quieter side of Door County with the popular spots only a 20min drive away. I highly recommend Erika's home- we had a very relaxing time!

Shhh ~ keeping this a secret!

I hate leaving a review for the property/owners out of purely selfish reasons! Our family of 4 +our one year old grandson thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home, cleanliness, amenities, and central location far exceeded our expectations. The owner team was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. They had a pack and play set up for us upon arrival, high chair and stroller for is to use, as well as toys/books available. The property was beautifully peaceful. Our only regret is that we weren’t staying longer! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and allowing us to make more fun family memories together. We would recommend this VRBO without hesitation ~ you won’t regret it!

Peaceful and Perfect!!

This cabin home was beautiful inside and out and the perfect fit for our us, and two sons and daughter-in law. Peaceful, quiet setting, yet close to Jacksonport and other towns and attractions. We had a family wedding in Fish Creek and it was an easy 15 minute commute.

Four women best friends had an amazing time in this home! So much space and everyone had their own room and bed. Easy access to state and county parks, which was a big plus.

Door County Awesomeness

We had a terrific stay. The property and home are in incredible condition and are very well appointed. Communication with the owners was seamless and they provided a ton of hints on things to do in the area. Absolutely recommend this host!

Best in Door County

This renovated cabin was done with impeccable taste. The owner made sure that we were comfortable from the time we arrived through the entire stay. The location is perfect with access to Sturgeon Bay just 15 min. to the south, under one mile to Lake Michigan and 15 min. to the north for all the activity that Egg Harbor has to offer.
