Place was in Great location. The place needs another Reno. Chip paint everywhere and the ceilings need to be fixed in multiple spots. We had no access to parking with passes that said would be available due to shortage?

Great stay!! Perfect location, walking distance to so many great restaurants and activities. The beds were super comfortable as well and had plenty of towels which was great. The hosts were so flexible with our schedule, we arrived super late (1 AM) and had zero issues getting in which was ideal. Highly recommend staying here!

This house provided the perfect way to get to see Charleston. It is walking distance to everything…shops, restaurants…anything you could want. It is a quaint little house that had everything you could possibly want. Parking on the street is the only con but we only moved the car one day to go see the Plantation.

Super Charming, Perfect Location!

This property was perfect for my partner and my college age son while we attended Highwater Festival. Lots of room and very convenient to King Street and tons of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend booking for a great stay in Charleston!

This place was so great on so many levels. I loved the location — great shops and restaurants all around and within walking distance to downtown Charleston. The hosts were attentive and always answered our questions quickly. They also provided such nice amenities like coffee in the house and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The beds were super comfortable, the house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully outfitted with utensils, dishes, etc so you could cook meals there too. I would definitely like to come back and stay at the exact same house some day!

Great Charleston stay

A charming place just like the title states. Cool space, cozy, clean, nice linens and towels, well supplied kitchen and over a dozen restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The free trolley stop is just down at the end of the street too. Perfect location.

Wonderful time in Charleston

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Driftwood Cottage! The location was perfect - we walked to King Street for shopping and eating. We look forward to coming back to Charleston and renting here again. Great space -- very comfortable and quaint. Very comfortable beds and bedding, nice kitchen area with coffee set up, and nice TV room where we watched some movies.

Charleston terrific. Spring Street great.

Two friends from different places met in the middle for a one-week vacation. We loved that Charleston is so walkable .... easy access to everything on foot (or free buses).79 Spring Street was a great location and the apartment was nearly perfect.

Great Location! Great Time!

We had a great time in Charleston while staying at this property. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything we wanted/needed (King St., grocery/liquor stores, Battery, Waterfront Park, etc.). The property was as listed, clean, and comfortable. Host was very responsive as well. I would recommend and stay again!

Charleston Charm

The neighborhood was exactly what we wanted. It is within walking distance to many great shops and restaurants since you are 2 blocks from King Street. The amenities fit our needs perfectly. The beds and li ens were so comfy. I would definitely return to this rental.

Great house close to sites in Charleston

The house was perfect for the two of us. The management company (CVP) was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and well supplied for our needs. The location was convenient to locations that we wanted to visit, downtown, tour locations, etc..

Loved the property and location, however, we did not realize that we were staying in the back side of the house without access to front porch. We may have missed that in the description, but we would return only to stay at front of house.

location of the home was perfect for our needs. The amenities were great and everything we needed was provided. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive and easy to reach throughout our stay.We did encounter a minor issue, as we heard what sounded like movement inside the walls on several occasions, particularly at night. There was construction happening on the street during our stay, which may have contributed, but it was still not ideal. We also noticed one uncovered outlet, which we avoided using with our children.We informed the host on our last night, and they were apologetic. Our stay was short, so we managed, but it’s something the host needs to treat.
