Work Stay

We were here for a convention. The host kept us informed on conditions of the home and it worked out well for our group. She checked in to make sure that everything was going smoothly and to see if there was anything she could do to assist us.

This was a commercially managed property. Positives were - it was very clean, everything we used was working. Instructions were clear. Communication was also good.Even though the property is close to a highway, it was quiet. Negatives - Warnings on what not to do - everywhere in the property. "Do not use white towels for wiping makeup," "Do not scratch walls with your luggage," Do not.... It just leaves a bad taste when the first thing you encounter on entering a room or the unit is just warnings on common sense stuff. I do not know if the warnings stop bad tenants but they certainly leave a poor impression for everyone else.

Large Group? This is your place.

The property(s) have a 2 car garage on the first floor, dining room/kitchen on the 2nd floor, two bedrooms on the 3rd floor, and 2 more bedrooms plus a daybed on the 4th floor. If you can't climb stairs, avoid this property. Good coffee and breakfast was 0.3 miles away. Neighborhood was reasonably quiet. About a 10-15 minute drive to Rice. Easy freeway access. Very spacious.

nice stay

house was very nice. sparsely decorated and supplied, but had the minimums we needed. master bed and bath were very nice. could have used some window coverings in a few places. construction across the street, and minimal street parking, but the garage at the property worked for us.

Great location for convention at George R.

This was a great, much more affordable for our large group attending a convention at the George R. Brown. Highly recommend.

Great Time in HTX!

Enjoyed my stay at this property both homes were very spacious to accommodate me and my 8 friends. The location is great as well we didn’t spend much on Lyft/Uber as we were 10-15 minutes away from everything. I would definitely stay here again my next time in Houston!

Special occasion

We were in Houston for a special event, the wedding of my son. Finding a place that could house >10 people was really good. We rented two of the attached homes. The kitchen and living room area in each home had plenty of space for us to have diner and enjoy our time together. Special times! The bedrooms were comfortable. What a master bathroom! The location was convenient. The only three recommendations I would have are: 1) make sure there is enough bathroom towels and dishes for the number of guests; 2)the instructions for the TV are clear (we could not access live TV in one of the house) and 3) the appliances are working (no ice in one of the fridge). However, despite these issues, we really enjoyed our time together and made memories that will last forever. Thank you.

The place was very spacious and convenient to everywhere you can imagine to visit in houston. The location is central to everything. We were 10 to 15 mins away from everything we planned to do. I love it, I'll recommend it

Nice

This property is amazing, clean, and in a good area. Plenty of space for me and my friends. The master bedroom bathroom is huge with a walk-in closet. Not to far from restaurants and the Mall. I would recommend this location to everyone. Lee was very professional and understanding as well. Only negative thing I have to say is Lee takes a long time to respond or don’t respond at all. Other then that this is a 10 out of 10

Comfortable and spacious

We were looking for a place for our family to get together, many adults. This rental was spacious with comfortable beds, furnishings for gathering together, and plenty of bathrooms, pans for cooking. Very clean, nice nbhd to walk around in. Could have used some kitchen towels and hot pads. Great stay.

The place was nice and clean perfect for a large group everyone had they own room and bathroom I would stay here again if I could back to Houston the only thing Is the owner take a long time to respond back but he accommodate me on a early check in .
