Confortevole Beach interno confortevole OCEANFRONT DIRETTO. Direttamente di fronte all'oceano e sulla spiaggia con solo 2 voli fino a darti un'incredibile vista senza ostacoli sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. Decorato con legno di latifoglie dappertutto. Immacolata con un'atmosfera da spa. FRONTE MARE DIRETTO, niente tra te e l'Oceano tranne Beach.

CANCELLAZIONI EFFETTUATE 90 giorni fuori - tutti tranne $ 100 sono rimborsati. Annulla da 60 a 90 giorni - tutti tranne $ 200 sono rimborsati e meno di 60 nessun rimborso.

Queen Master Bed & a Lazy Boy Queen Sleep Sofa. Due poltrone reclinabili di fronte all'acqua. Lavatrice / asciugatrice in condominio. Arredato con lenzuola molto belle, lenzuola, asciugamani e 3 BeachTowels. Un sacco di spazio armadio. Due TV - Great Room ha una grande TV a schermo piatto da 37 "e DVD. Secondo TV a schermo piatto in camera da letto principale.

Sei direttamente sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano di fronte all'acqua. Vanity del bagno con lo specchio della piastrella di vetro del mare. La piscina è in vista dal lato del balcone e una finestra interna. Il grande Deck 6 x 14 ha due comode poltrone Adirondack, due sedie Adirondack e un tavolo estremamente confortevoli. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, numerosi piccoli elettrodomestici tra cui Cuisinart Thermal Coffee Pot e Grinder Crock pot e tutti gli utensili da cucina. Posizione favolosa molto vicino a Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, Greg Norman Ristorante australiano, Oscar, Wild Wings, Taco Mundo, Benny Rappas (fatto in casa italiana), Joes Restaurant, Hamburger Joes, Crab Catchers, Ristoranti di pesce, Intrattenimento, Shopping , a pochi minuti da Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls e altro ancora.

Il proprietario abita vicino a quest'area e si prende molta cura della proprietà. Avrai voglia di rendere questo una scelta di vacanza regolare ogni anno.

Great place to stay! The property was very clean and as described. The condo is in a quiet building and a great location with stunning views of the beach and ocean. Just steps to the beach. Close to Barefoot Landing and other restaurants and shopping. The owner is very conscientious and has everything you need to prepare meals. There were no issues during our stay and we would gladly return.

The condo was well kept and we appreciated the gorgeous view. Being right above the beach access point was also very convenient. The unit had nice reminders throughout which made it easy to remember what was expected from us as renters. We appreciated the lounge chairs and beach towels that were provided. The aesthetic of the unit was coastal modern and it truly gave us a feeling of being in a home away from home. Overall, a great experience and we would absolutely stay there again.

The host was very gracious and kind and accommodating to our needs. Communication with the host was effortless and response was always prompt. The unit was spotless, very nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and having the ocean view. We would definitely recommend this location.

Had an awesome vacation! Very clean, has everything you could possibly need, easy check in and out. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves crash. Definitely recommend staying at this place.

This was our third stay here and we enjoyed our two weeks as we had before. Great location, a fantastic view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. You need to be on the second floor to get the views over the dunes. Very clean and well equipped with everything you’ll need to have a great vacation. Oh and a great value too.

Thanks for the great review. You're right, it is the best view of the Ocean you can get. Glad you had a great stay at my place. I'm striving to keep it as nice as I possibly can. We have the new balconies this year and the HOA is always working at sprucing things up.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked, a very short walk to the beach. I would recommend this unit to others and would consider renting again. Great communication as well!

Beautifully maintained and very accommodating

Everything about this place was great. Its was clean, very comfortable, and had all of the amenities we needed. The location was perfect and yes, the ocean front doesnt disappoint!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Best Purchase ever made! I had always wanted something right on the ocean. Awesome Oceanfront location with a Quiet Beach with very little traffic. Easy to get to from the New Hwy 22. I like this building being only 3 stories tall with only 21 units and that it is not located close to the Tall High Rises. Plenty of spacious room on the Beach! This Building has a fantastic Homeowner's Association that keeps the property in immaculate condition. They are also a terrific group of people to socialize with.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This is the most relaxing place you could ever stay. Some people never leave the balcony the entire time they are here. Beautiful beach for walks and a clean beautiful ocean for swimming.
Showers by the pool and by the beach walk-way. Great restaurants nearby and a winery down the street with concerts & bonfires on the weekends. Barefoot Landing right across Hwy 17. You simply could not find a more comfortable, FULLY equipped condo anywhere else that is also totally DIRECT OCEANFRONT . AWESOME!
