The main bathroom shower door wouldn’t close all the way causing water to get on the floor. There were bugs in one of the rooms. There was a fire alarm going off next door all day and night.

Hi Deena, thank you for staying with us, and I'm sorry these issues took away from your trip. On the shower door — thank you for letting us know during your stay. We offered to have our maintenance team come out and fix it right away, and we completely understood you preferring not to be interrupted. We were sorry we couldn't get it taken care of while you were there. On the bugs — we take that seriously. We had a professional pest inspection done right after your stay, which found no evidence of any infestation or pest problem, and the home was treated as a precaution. It is a mountain home, and despite regular professional service, an occasional insect can find its way inside. The alarm you heard was from a neighboring home, which was unfortunately outside our control — I'm sorry it disturbed your stay, especially at night. We appreciate the feedback, and wish you all the best.

Five Star facility to celebrate my 85th birthday with most of my family. From hot tub, to pool to the facilities at the community center, everything met or exceeded our expectations. Host was very responsive and respectful.

The location of this rental is great and is close to everything! Large house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, great for large groups. The house is well loved and used, and some furniture/items are worn/could be updated.

Josh was an amazing host! Super knowledgeable about the property and always responded in a timely fashion. The property was wonderful and we saw lots of bears. Make sure to lock your doors as we had bears in one of our vehicles. There were a few things that needed addressed (things broken when we came) and Josh was very apologetic and offered for maintenance to come take care of them. We declined while we were there and said it could be done after our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Make sure to bring hot pads if you are making your own meals. That was the only thing we didn’t find. The pool was just a hop skip over the ridge and was wonderful. They are closed on Wednesday’s. There is another pool the attendant was trying to tell us about but we never found it. Great view!Great space!Great price!Great host!

Josh was fantastic and was very responsive and open to all questions I had, I would 100% stay here again and recommended anyone looking to come to Gatlinburg to book this beautiful home on the mountain.

Beautiful house right in the mountains! Comfortable and had just enough space for our family vacation! Plenty of bathrooms, nice hot tub, everything you could need in the kitchen, but best of all were the views from the decks, complete with bears!
