Great spot on the Lake! Kristy was a very responsive host if we needed anything.They even provided us with smores for the firepit. Excellent stay!

This property is a wonderful option if you want a combination of quiet, lakeside relaxation along with the amenities offered in the cities and state parks of Northwest Arkansas. The home itself is very comfortable and has an amazing, well-appointed deck positioned perfectly for sunrises over the water, bird-watching, and enjoying the wildlife. The Wards are lovely hosts who made sure we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely return to this property on future visits to the area.

Kristy and John were wonderful hosts and provided us with great recommendations. Their home is beautiful, offering a stunning lake view and a very convenient location. As a genuine lakefront property, it came fully equipped with everything we needed (and more) to enjoy the water. We had a blast and would gladly book with them again.

This was an amazing place to stay for some much needed rest and relaxation. The balcony was a wonderful place to sit and watch the lake and wildlife. Kristy and John are super responsive and have everything you could need in the house.I would love to go back and stay longer next time!

Relaxing lake house

This place was very nice and clean. The view of the lake was absolutley amazing from the covered patio. Hosts were very nice and responded fast when we had questions or needed anything. Highly recommend this for your next get away!

Perfect Lake house & hosts

House, beach and lake were perfect. The hosts clearly thought about what a family would need to really enjoy a weekend at the lake, and made it all available (paddle boards, kayaks, floating mat, fishing poles, smores, coffee pods, fire pit with wood and starters, on and on). Had an awesome time.

Serene

We had an amazing long weekend here and will be back! Owners are very accommodating and I highly recommend renting the boat for a day to see the lake. Beds were comfortable and all appliances needed to cook. The view is so serene and relaxing. Loved this place!

Beautiful lake views and A peaceful getaway

Very clean, nothing was missing!!! Loved the fire pit and all the extras provided to enjoy the lake! We will return!!!!

Lakefront weekend couples getaway

This place was exactly as described, right on the lake, they had everything we needed to fish paddle board and kayak . The The home was very clean. The beds were comfortable and all the cooking supplies you needed besides the food. I would definitely recommend this place very relaxing, quiet, peaceful, peaceful, and not too far from town, but I’ll away from town..

Absolutely amazing. A true waterfront property with everything that you need. Chairs, firewood, life jackets, corn hole, kayaks, and towels are all on site.

We had a wonderful time. House wasPerfect for a brief stay. Live the lake access and the house was cozy and very clean. Very comfortable master bed. Not far from Rogers. We will definitely stay her again. Our host communicated very well with and were available for questions or concerns. We give it 5 stars.

Great Covered Deck

We would definitely stay here again. It rained most days, but the covered balcony deck was a wonderful place to sit and read, have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We spent most of our time on the deck. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. John and Kristy were great hosts, even checking to see if we needed anything when they went into town. We had a wonderful stay.

Peaceful Perfection

We had such a relaxing and peaceful stay. Can’t say enough good things about the property. Super clean, comfortable beds, nice appliances, and kitchen is well supplied. We immensely enjoyed the large deck with plenty of deck furniture and unobstructed view of the lake. Everything you need is available inside and outside. The hosts were fantastic and take great care of their guests. We hope to return again and again.

What a great time with family

John and Kristy are amazing folks and their place is beautiful....just perfect. Everything you need to enjoy the lake. The house is spot on with a fabulous deck, kayaks and paddle board for the lake. And we caught fish a few steps from our front door one afternoon. The boat was a great way to enjoy the lake as well...Beaver Lake is a beauty. I would recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit a lake in Arkansas for a few days.

Great little place to visit

The property/house were very accommodating, very clean. Plenty of amenities to entertain everyone. Great atmosphere right on the water, and 20 min from town. I can’t say enough kind things about the host John and Kristy. They were very welcoming… They would ask if we needing anything from town when they would go. They have a pontoon boat available to rent if you desire to get out on the water….. which I highly recommend the lake is amazing! They have contacts for fishing guides available if needed. This is a great place to visit, and we will definitely be returning

This was an excellent property for our family get away!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!! The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. I had forgotten my Bluetooth speaker and they let me borrow theirs. The place was very clean. The balcony was a beautiful place to sit in the morning with the view of the lake and drink coffee. We will definitely stay again.

2nd Stay

This was our second stay with Kristy and John, and they are the best hosts. We love the location and the beautiful drive through the valley to get there - yet still close to town. The photos and description say it all. It's beautiful, peaceful, clean and comfortable with many extra touches. Thanks for the stay!

Great Place! Great hosts!

John and Kristy were great hosts! The place was well maintained and super clean. They helped us settle in and even offered to get us something when they were going into town. Our family enjoyed our stay thoroughly!
