5 Star beach getaway townhouse w/ 2 bedrooms and1.5 bath, sleeps 6, located on Atlantic Ave, across the main road to the beach! And conveniently located within one mile radius to grocery stores and restaurants. In pristine condition and recently updated for short term usage with new furnishings, towels and bedding. It has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig machine, tile on the first floor and wood laminate on the second floor. It has an attached spacious one car garage, a designated parking spot on the parking lot, WIFI, washer and dryer, beach toys, two bicycle cruisers. There is a Ring Flood Light security camera located outside the garage and pointing towards the parking lot to add more lighting and security.

The place sleeps 4 people comfortably. There are two queen size beds (one in each bedroom) and two twin size folding/portable beds available that can sleep 2 adults or kids. Pack & Play with bedding also available. You will feel at home!

Great location/Beautiful place

My family stayed in New Smyrna Beach before attending a Nationals volleyball tournament in Orlando. Very gracious and thoughtful host! Loved the beaches, the area and the home with all the amenities. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Beach Vacation

Property checks all the boxes; clean, loads of amenities, location, proximity to beach and Flagler Avenue. Cristina is a great host, easy to communicate with and very responsive! Definitely recommend and will be back for sure!

Excellent Landlady

Overall the townhouse was comfortable for the two of us and was convenient to town. We had excellent communication with the landlady. We booked the unit right after hurricane Nicole had hit the island and she told us about the current condition of the island to make sure we still wanted to make the reservation. She had the house ready for occupancy a couple of days prior to our scheduled arrival and texted us to let us know that we could take occupancy in the morning if we wanted. Prior to checking out she contacted us and told us that we could stay into the afternoon because the house would not be cleaned until the next day. We had a small issue with a malfunctioning smoke and carbon monoxide detector which she promptly replaced. When we arrived she had beverages, snacks, and flowers waiting for us. A very nice landlady with high integrity.

This is a gorgeous and pristine property across the street from the beautiful white sand beaches New Smyrna Beach offers. It is conveniently located from shopping, restaurants, bars and beach adventures, while avoiding crowds!
