We loved the convenient location and proximity to the beach. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchenware and towels. We were happy that the pool was still open! We had good communication with our host and would love to visit again!

We had a phenomenal stay at this property. The unit was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The location was in the heart of everything, and we enjoyed being able to walk easily to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Anna was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond! It was so nice to be able to relax at the pool, and we loved the view from both balconies. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return again soon !

This was our second time here and it is still a great property! Easy walk to the beach, nice pool, and close to restaurants. Plenty of towels and other amenities. Only recommendation to the host is to update the pillows and sheets - woke up each morning with the sheet off the mattress due to elasticity issue. Definitely recommend for a nice, clean beach stay!

The property was clean upon arrival. Enjoyed the front balcony. Short walk to beach. Would recommend either a small dresser in bedrooms or suitcase stands to accommodate belongings better. Overall, stay was good.

Thank you for your constructive advise on adding a dresser or suitcase holders. I agree that would make things easier. We actually had two there and someone took them! I am sorry the two closets were not sufficient but I intend to purchase some more of the suitcase stands asap. I hate you felt that warranted 4 stars, since I have not received one before. We pride ourselves on making everyone happy during their stay. Thank you for staying and I hope you made it home safely. Take care

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Anna's property in Atlantic Beach. The home was very clean and reasonably well stocked. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach and restuarants. Access to the pool was great with small children. Anna was very easy to communicate with. We will be back!

My family enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. This was our second time at this location. We loved it so much that we came back. The location is great! Restaurants, Grocery store, pool, parks, beach, fast food, and shops are close by. The host was very kind to our family. She is a great host and made sure we had a great time. I appreciated her attention to detail. The house offered many extras that other places do not provide. I will definitely come back for a third time!

Great place in a great location. Inside looks like new construction. The pool was a nice way to relax after a day at the beach. You can see the ocean from the kitchen windows. Beach is 2 or 3 minutes walk. We did it with a couple toddlers in tow. There are two sets of stairs inside the home but that is part of the charm of a 3-story townhouse. Great place for a small family getaway.

A great getaway

Property is conveniently located to great food, local shopping and of course the beach! There is also a community pool and a local Italian ice/ ice cream right next door that the kids loved.

Great short stay for a weekend

The property was clean and the owner communicated very clearly. It was well stocked with towels and coffee :) Very convenient to beach. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great spot! Close to the beac/restaurants and the pool is nice. Had fun reminding my daughter who’s the chess champion!

This was our second time staying here, and we fall more in love with it each time! The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing stay. The pool is absolutely amazing. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and an incredible ice cream parlor. We always leave with great memories, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again!
